Our first impressions were very good after the rough and narrow road. The hotel has all amenities a balcony and fridge with beer and coke. There were limited plug sockets for recharging batteries. The outside toilet and shower took a bit of getting used too so was querky. but there was some cover so you did not get wet when it... More

The view of the paddy fields and surrounding countryside from the swimming pool is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is very comfortable, clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Food was good, although I think we would have preferred a few more authentic and spicier dishes on the menu. Access to the hotel is along a very bumpy... More

The hotel has a fantastic location: surrounded by paddy fields at the end of a (bumpy) track. It is really peaceful and the grounds are beautiful. There is also a small pool. The accommodation is of a reasonable standard but the walls are thin, or our neighbours were loud! You will have to sit in the reception area or restaurant... More

Went to Ijen crater and stay overnight at the resort. The acces to the hotel is bad, bad road condition and the direction signing is poor. We were lost in the dark and there was nobody that you can ask for direction The location is very good, stunning view. The garden and swimming pool are nice and well kept. The... More

We absolutely loved this Hotel. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this was one of my favourites. The views were absolutely breathtaking from the pool and the gardens were exquisite. We had a lovely little room with an outdoor terrace which was very private and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. We... More

You would never imagine from the 3km dirt access road, bumping its way up the mountainside, what a stunning and remarkable place awaits you at the top! What an incredible development! Stunning landscaping and spectacular views of the rice terraces, villages and volcanoes all around, combined with very comfortable rooms, a lovely restaurant and an absolutely gorgeous pool. A wonderful... More

This was great surprise on arrival after driving for hours: the views are fantastic and the hotel is nice. Common areas are well maintained but rooms are poor, unless you ask for a pool view which is not automatic when you book. The lunch box was disappointing but food at the hotel is good and the evening buffet is attractive.

The hotel is emplaced in a not very beautiful area, but is the nearest hotel in the area for seeing the Kiawah Ijen Vulcano. The gardens and swimming pool are good maintained but we weren't able to have a drink over the swimming pool bar, which seem closed. The beach is not very good, very dirty with trash. The rooms... The staff of the hotel is very helpful and super friendly. The hotel is located near a small village so this means you rely on the hotel restaurant for meals in the evening. They have 2 menus from which you can choose (with each 3 different main courses) . Quality of the restaurant is good. Rooms are well equiped and... More
