Stayed here for 3 nights during my visit in Butterworth. Booked for a King room and was placed on 2nd floor. Required to pay RM2 per night & deposit of RM50. Location: 10 mins drive to Butterworth city centre, 5 mins drive to Raja Uda - main eatery area in Butterworth & BBCC (Butterworth Business City Centre), 15 mins drive to Penang Sentral (Ferry & Butterworth train station). Not much restaurants or cafe around the hotel except 1 noodle shop next to the hotel & a cafe. There is a cafe on the ground floor of the hotel which served basic food and drinks. Room: King room is average in size. Clean and tidy. Wooden floor. Small old TV & furniture in the room. Basic amenities such as shower cap, soap and shampoo conditioner & 2 towels provided. 2 compliment bottle of water provided each day. Only 1 power plug in the room. Good free wifi. No hairdryer and iron in the room. Might provided if request. Parking: Plenty of street parking available. Facilities: 24 hour CCTV monitoring in the hotel. Room key is not required to access the lift. 24 hours reception. Check in from 3pm & check out at 12pm. …

I give this place 5 stars because the rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful, the price is reasonable but the best and most useful thing about this hotel is the parking !! Lots of parking available.

The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly but the management must upgrade the mattress because too hard. The hotel provide the big family room which is 1 queen and 2 single bed. Nearest to the restaurant but need to go by car.

This is the third time we stayed here.We always booked a family room which was spacious and clean.Free wifi provided.Breakfast was not included. However, there were restaurants located nearby the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for place to stay in Butterworth.

The hotel was located nearby to eatery places, grocery shops and main road. Supplied with very basic amenities, cleanliness is acceptable. Good front office service but very poor maintenance on the building. Recommended for short stay.

Arrived here at late night, shocked with nothing around except for JPAM building, car workshop etc. no restaurant nearby or anything. room is dirty, along with such a noob receptionist, dont have proper manner to deal with customer.. 😪

We booked a family room..a master bedroom and plus 2 single bed..plus a big sofa..tv is in the bedroom so d kids have very limited access to tv..very good..parking space is limited but not a big problem..not too far from shopping mall and the bridge..a few meters from the sea The negative side is the location is in a remote area..THATS ALL P.s: recommended

We booked triple room - RM130 per night. It was good for the price. Bathroom was clean - shower gel/shampoo/shower cap provided. The room was spacious - wooden flooring. Tv had local channels and fox movies. Overall was satisfactory though on the first night we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Killed it using ridsect requested from the reception. Room requires RM50 deposit. Parking is free. And location a little inside but if you are driving shouldn't be a problem

We took 603 from Penang Bus Station and stopped at Jermal. Ask your driver to drop you there. You may find some buildings or shops, just continue walking and you'll see the building. After check-in, we walked to Jalan Raja Uda which was only 15-20 minutes (via Moch Saad). At night, we bought nasi kamdar zamrud, just 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. To go back to station, you can pick any bus on the other way. The internet hotel was very slow. My mom got the bug on her bed. I didn't try the TV so I cannot comment. The bathroom was clean enough with slippery floor. They charged you 2 RM for tax, which I didn't get it.
