Good enough for family. Room is too small but the bed are big. Average and friendly waiters, waiteress and room servicers. Car parking is a bit small. Swimming pool is great but small. Walking street have a bit mud, that's wasn't great. Fair enought.

we booked it through a travel agency in Yangon(vs online w/ booking fees) and we paid about 65 USD a night for 2 twin beds. Our room had a small flat screen tv and mini fridge in it.. This price includes their excellent breakfast. Our stay was during New Years Eve though so the price may have been a bit higher than usual. The internet worked great for me in the lobby, and by the pool, just slow in our room.
