Normally, I would tell "a lot" about my reviews but this time, my experienced to this hotel is not worth sharing for except to those people who needs to be aware how TERRiBLE the hotel is. We stayed there yesterday. Had no choice since we run out of time checking for best place to stay bec of sudden change in...

Three words: Not that bad. With all the scary reviews that this hotel accumulated here in TripAdvisor, all I can say is it's not that bad. I read most of the reviews and followed (NOTE: FOLLOWED) all the room tips posted here. This made my weekday stay smooth from check-in to check-out. Here are points I was very concerned with...

pros: -spacious room -clean and neat appearance -good ac -nice cabled tv -secure parking cons: -no complimentary breakfast -no view from room (stayed at room 103) -nothing else to do but sleep. children will easily get bored -rooftop was being repainted and semi-closed off -requires a Php 2,000 incidental deposit upon check-in Overall, it was okay but not a place...

Deluxe room overnight stay. The room was classy and clean. With bathtub (regular/small) and sofa. We arrived quite a bit late so we did not get the room with queen size bed and balcony. The crew helped us combine the twin bed though. Got the one on first floor near the lobby. There was a cleaning stuff on the bowl...

Staff - They greeted us with a smile when we arrived at the hotel. Very approchable Superior Room - Very spacious and clean. With mini sofa, 2 chairs and table Restroom - With toiletries good for overnight stay for 2-4 persons. I smelled cigarette smoke in the restroom, but it doesn't bother me since I did not indicate to have...

The only good thing about was the room and its toilet. Talk about NO CUSTOMER SERVICE -asked for a room make up but DID NOT HAPPEN. The Breakfast place did not even have table napkins and a poor excuse was that they run out of it. Bad wifi connection. Cable was only 5 channels I think, and these were channels...

We arrived a little late and we were given a 2 single beds. Requested to be moved to a king size bed the next day and they were accommodating. Entered the room and viola! A flooded bathroom :(. Cane down to request for a room move and given another 2 single bed. After 5 minutes the reception knocked and informed...

Pros: spacious superior room, few accomodating staff, accessible location, clean and spacious bath, did not experience room not being cleaned, that is, if you inform the reception. Cons: thin walls, some unattentive staff (they do not pay attention to your luggages and do not help out in parking), expensive but too simple breakfast, mosquitoes in the room.

Things I liked about it: 1. The room 2. The location 3. Parking space 4. Rooftop Things I did not like: 1. Charged a fair bit for an extra person (Php1,500/night WITHOUT AN EXTRA BED) 2. Will not give you all the extra things they charged for, you'd have to ask them for it, ask a few times, wait a...
