Far from how it was described as a boutique hotel, Hotel Venezia is not the typical hotel. Though it is near the airport, it is located inside a subdivision where food establishments are quite far. Their Junior Suite is similar to a Deluxe room only, nothing fancy. There is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage to our...

Had high hopes for this hotel, it being no. 1 on TripAdvisor. But our experience has been a disappointment. 1) Junior suite seems like a standard double room, with a small window with a view of Mt. Mayon. The view is the best thing that this room has to offer. 2) The towels are very old, seems dirty (grayish color)...

If you are looking for a hotel outside the city, where it is peaceful and quiet, then this is the hotel for you. The rooms are clean and OK. They have a good selection for breakfast at the buffet. We even ate here for lunch and dinner, we were satisfied as well. The pool is not within the hotel structure...

If you are looking for a hotel near the airport then yes go to this place. But if you're looking for a place to relax then I suggest to try a different hotel. The place is not well maintained. They have stained towels. Their bathrooms smell. The food is not that good. Service is lacking as well.

The place is a bit quite and well secured since guest car are check in the hotel main gate. I like it since me and my family and the other guest are well secured. Just visit the place and you will feel secured. The hotel itself is good enough.

Very average hotel salvaged only by a room with a view - pretty much everything was mediocre - won't be back. No elevator. dirty crockery on a poor breakfast buffet, pool not available, no attempt by staff to sort out problems just a sorry and an embarrassed smile.

Clean room with all the basic necessities (TV with cable, good Internet connection, bottled water, AC, toiletries etc). Reception staff and cleaners were friendly. They were kind enough to have our shoes cleaned and dried after it got soaked and dirtied during our ATV activity. Breakfast was yummy but service staff could be more efficient. Overall a good choice and...

We stayed at a standard room with 2 single beds. Its not very spacious but its ok for the price. Its decently clean enough although the towels are starting to show their age. Wifi is decent enough to watch YouTube videos but don't expect very fast downloads. Breakfast is complimentary and they have a handful of choices. Its a bit...

And nice enough rooms..... Hotel is only about 5 mins from the airport and free pick up is available which is good. Mine wasn't there when I arrived but came within 10 mins so no big dramas. I had emailed the hotel beforehand re. the junior suites having balconies which I was assured did, however the one I was allocated...

I stayed at hotel Venezia with family recently for 3D/2N. Mayon volcano has been on my bucket list for years. We purchased a package tour and I picked this hotel because of the good reviews that I read online. I made the best decision, the hotel was almost walking distance to the airport, the staff were wonderful. I had a...
