Me and my friends stayed in this hotel. We stayed in their hotel cottages. It is kinda old, the AC was so noisy and unclean, not enough plug, tv still has a tube, noisy wooden floors. The whole room needs renovation. Concierge staff are not really that accomodating.

We were day trippers as me and the rest of the relatives need a place to hang out for the day. Our group paid for the entrance to use the facilities and pool. While the ground is nice, the guard at the pool has his eyes on us the whole time like we are trespassing. The food is nice though... More

My family and I love staying in this one lovely hotel in Cagayan whenever we are in the Philippines. But then for a change we Went to this hotel. We were expecting a lot from this hotel because it is so called "Hotel" and because of the people's good reviews. The location is too far away, the staff are not... More

What I liked about this hotel was the "village" setting so it feels like home in a way. The staff are nice and friendly. I like how spacious the lobby is. They have a wall for climbing in their gym. So if you're staying here and you just want to stay, there are things to do. Breakfast is buffet although... More

My daughter and I shared a room on the ground floor of the hotel for a five day stay. The grounds are lovely to look at. Due to the armed security guards and gated nature of the grounds, were able to take walks up the hill to a view overlooking parts of the old, industrial city. It was very private... More

I've been at Marco Polo once with my barkadas. The place is usual hotel with a medium sized pool to accommodate its private clients. They offer Buffet for an over night stay, it is suggested for those who prefers standard privacy. The place is dimmed lighted, Perhaps, I would suggest to add more lighting on their premises to add up... More

I visited Marco Malasag Hotel without any reservation. I was with my family with my senior mom. We tried to ask if there was available as we have special needs for my mom. Hotel does not have an elevator but they have cottage types rooms. We wanted to have 1 room for the whole family and to our surprise there... More

Place is good for seminars/convention.Perfect area for strolling or jogging around.Trees all around the place.Cabin room smells like it had been there for so long. High ceiling with cobwebs. The bed cushion is very, very old.Foam coming out of its bed case. Not comfortable for sleeping and the bed squeeks.

We checked-in late in the evening, almost 11pm. The front desk lady was nice and kind to accommodate our requests and inquiries but wasn't in her uniform anymore and she looked tired already. There were also people (i think those were employees as well, not in uniform) sleeping at the receiving area. If we didn't inquire with their cottages, we... More
