Rooms are a bit pricey for a budget traveller like us, rated per pax. Florotel sits in the middle of Gensan. Room we had stayed had 2 beds mattress are nice with complimentary breakfast for 2. Building is new. room service available

This has to be the dirtiest place I have stayed in the Philippines. Mould and mildew cover the walls, floor and ceiling of the comfort room and pubic hair visible in the shower. The shower head is broken and would have been at the right height for a 6 year old. The breakfast provided is totally unsatisfactory and cooked till... More

They always give me the room with two beds, even if I'm alone. The room and restroom is clean. Cable TV and aircon works perfectly. However the water pressure at the shower is always insufficient. No elevator. Free breakfast at the Floro Bistro but don't expect anything.

This hotel is located at the intersection of two very noisy roads. "B" rooms face north, and on to one of those very busy roads, Southern facing "A" rooms do not. The rooms are a good size and were very tidy. The shower made the rest of the bathroom floor a bit slippery and I almost fell. The dim sum... More

I got to stay here for one night only and I liked it. It looked nice nothing really fancy but the interiors looked pleasing for my usually backpacker style of traveling. I couldn't comment on the price though since my friend paid for it but it includes a breakfast coupon for the Dimsum place downstairs.

Location is a bit far from other business area. Hotel service is good, attentive and friendly staff, room is clean. I stay here twice on the 2nd floor the water/shower have no problem. The frst time this hotel was referred to me I thought it strange, Florotel, it simply didnt conjure an image of a hotel in my mind. However as colleagues kept on referring this hotel to me I finally gave it a try and I must say this is one of the better hotels in General Santos city. The check in... More

The cost of P1350 (about$30) a night is NOT commensurate to the quality of room. The service pack containing the soap and toothpaste is really terrible - small ugly smell soap, small yucky toothpaste pack and shampoo. No night SLIPPERS supplied. Walk on the cold room floor barefoot. Water pressure is terrible. They should do something about it. The lack... More
