good place just at ocean site. Most of rooms have ocean view, despite they are just building 2 other big skyscrappers just beside the hotel. All fish restaurant just around the hotel. Service were good and room usual proper but small for people with bigger baggages. One of the better hotels in our South-Korea tours

4+ stars. A super efficient check-in. The hotel is in a superb (mostly quiet) location next to a harbour quay with lots of seafood dining places a few minutes walk away. The hotel room was very clean and well set up for a western traveller; except there was no in-room safe and only one suitcase stand in a twin bed room. The other Exodus tour guests though said that their rooms had a room safe. The air con / heating can be turned off / on and it appeared fully adjustable. A patio door to a small verandah can be opened with an insect screen to enjoy the cooler seaside ambience. No sugar or dairy whitener is supplied. This is a too common frustration in even supposed 4 star Korean hotels. A functional shower in our room 728. A freezer equipped small fridge was appreciated for my medications. Very easy to access, free in room wi-fi. Upload speeds even for emails with not attachments though were slow. An excellent breakfast buffet. The pre-cooked hot food was actually being kept mostly warm. Some smoked salmon too. But the buffet only opens at a late 07:30 which hinders tour group, timely departures. Very busy lifts too in the mornings. Lots to like here so close to; but not 5 stars.

An excellent hotel with great prices and close to multiple activities. Great for the solo traveler, family, or couples. A great R&R layover area for just relaxation or adventure. Great breakfast and even better sunrises.

We spent two days at the Ramada. Truly living up to the Ramada standard of premium service. The hotel is in a wonderful location. Conveniently located adjacent to the "Live Seafood Restaurant" area. We enjoyed fresh king crab and lobster in a beautiful location. Thank you South Korea and Team Ramada for making our stay a pleasant one.

Parking was full so we were offered another parking accross the hotel (hotel gave us parking vouchers), room was high floor with balcony and sea view. Location is near the famous seafood restaurants. Walking distance to beautiful trail around Lotte hotel towards Sokcho city (30minutes). Small supermarket and cafe on 1st floor above reception.

Just asked the front desk if we can check in an hour early and they said latest check in they allow is 2:30PM. The lobby is empty and the hotel is slow. A general check in policy should not prevent them from accommodating guests if possible and reasonable. They can use computers and robots if they don’t care about hospitality and customer service. We’re not even staying overnight for our ocean deluxe room and wanted to just have a nice place to shower after the beach. They have a good rating but not sure why. We just paid $120 for crap service.

Hotel in general is very clean, location is good but the people working at the front desk are HORRIBLE!!! I was very surprised because Korea is known for offering good service to customers but this hotel had the worst customer service I have encountered in Korea. They all had attitude problems and zero willingness to help. Did not look like they were happy working there. Ruined our experience in this lovely beach area.

We stayed here just for one day and booked last minute. Check in and check out was easy. It’s just a bit annoying that check in time is late (3pm) and very strict. Rooms are OK, not too big but bed, shower and WiFi is good. Would not stay here for a longer stay, but one or two nights is good. Beach, shops and restaurants at walking distance.

Excellent hotel but far from the city center - the hotel located alongside Daepo Port (marina site). I think all rooms come with balcony which gives magnificent panorama of mountains with sea view, small corniche, beach and camping area. Spacious room with large king bed (combined 2 queen beds), room is well arranged and clean, staff are helpful.
