The worst place that I've been 1. Management and owner of the hotel This hotel is organized by a group of room owners. (seem like a cooperative society) Therefore, depending on which room you are booking, you may not be able to get help in the lobby. (You need to get help from the owner of the room) The service signaling system is not unified. (This is the cause of feeling quite uncomfortable.) 2. Parking lot That's the decisive reason for me to write a review. Even if there is a place in the underground parking lot, they are told me to use the external private parking lot that is 150-200m away. Actually, some parking space in basement is empty. The distance from the external private parking lot to the hotel is quiet far. (Very uncomfortable with luggage.) When I protested, they shouted at me and I heard a mix of profanity. Eventually, the police came and arranged the situation, so about two-three hours later, I was able to park in the basement parking lot. 3. Service You can see it just by looking at the previous thing. 4. Accessibility. It's really good. You can see almost all of Sokcho city. 5. Others The elevator was available to use anyone. In a typical hotel, outsiders can enter only the lobby, and rooms can only be accessed with a card, but this is not the case. 6. 속초여행을 그때그때 방을 예약해갔는데, 가장 만족도가 높은 숙소였습니다. 이 곳에서 마지막날 꿀잠 자고 피로가 풀렸어요. 새로 지어진 호텔이라 침구도 좋았지만 베개가 좀 너무 푹신거려서 다른 베개를 요청했는데 준비되어 있진 않았어요. 그치만 이건 개인 취향이니... 중앙시장과 가까워서 오가기 편했습니다. 방은 생각보다 좁았지만 잠만자기엔 충분했습니다. 세탁기 인덕션은 사용불가였습니다. 뷰가 좋다던데 제가 예약한 날에는 오션뷰가 마감이라... 아쉬웠습니다. 다음에 속초 갈 일이 생기면 선라이즈 오션뷰로 가고싶네요.
