Unit was adequate. Served our purpose as a place to sleep at night. Not at all a place for taking a walk as there are many steep roads and steps. Cleanliness of unit also left something to be desired. Left 2 days early. Would not...More
Older resort, gated, Clean and nice and quiet. It is about seven miles from down town Hot Springs. But there are restaurants nearby. Office staff leaves at seven so if you are going to arrive later you need to call as it is gated.
We spent seven nights here in the studio room. It was really great! Plenty of space and we all loved it! The bed was very comfortable and the amenities the resort offered were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool. I would love to return...More

We were in a 2 Bedroom unit for a week. The views of the lake were spectacular. The unit was clean and comfortable. However, the living area is small - fine for the three of us, but would be crowded for more than 4. Everything...More
We had a magnificent view of the lake from our condo. I would recommend getting the third floor. The resort was very nice, staff very helpful. Only negative comment would be that it's somewhat dated. We would definetly stay there again.

I just saw your question and didn't know that others had this same concerns. But the answer to your question is YES! I am at the property right now and I have bites around my ankles which is more typical for fleas and bites on my arms more typical of bedbugs, according to Healthline. I contacted the office and they sent a maintenance man who spot sprayed with some sort of insecticide but so far the property has refused my request to shampoo this filthy carpet.

"I would recommend a second or third floor room as they provide better views of Lake Hamilton."
