We had a lovely stay at the Barn while visiting friends in the village. A very helpful host with a lot of character and a very nice barn conversion . Good off road parking .would recommend the Barn . Garry and Tina .🍸

The whole process from booking, my stay, through to departure were seemless and very well managed. The owner Jane is a delightful lady who welcomes her guests as members of the family. The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and having access to the main house - stunning! - was a great delight and a pleasure to enjoy. Breakfast - fantastic! Locally...

Thank you so much, but really you must have caught me on a good day. Seriously, I think having guests to stay, sharing our home, spending time together, and getting to know each other, has been one of the best times ever. When guests return, many times, over many years, they are truely friends, what more could we wish.

Our family stayed here just for one night as we were attending a family wedding in a nearby village. When Jane learned of the timing of the wedding she offered an early check in so we could get ready in our rooms. Not only that when we were struggling to source a taxi she gave the family a lift to...

Thank you very much for taking the time to send your review. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your visit. We just try to look after our guests as we would like to be treated ourselves. Being appreciated and thanked makes any small extra effort more than worth while.

This barn conversion is stunning in every way - the adjoining stables less so. These were built for the teenagers so for me lack the authentic Sawdays style that the main house has. Stayed here for 3 nights, first day the bathroom wasn't cleaned and my dirty towels that I had left in the bath were still there when I...

My apologies, quite right about the bathroom, I had not checked the bath for towels. To be quite honest I have never had a guest, in all the years, who wanted to have clean towels after one night. I' m really sorry to read that I made you feel uncomfortable. I shouldn't have teased you about wanting brown sauce with...

I cannot praise too highly the efforts of Jane the owner of this delightful property and we were as welcome and comfortable as we were last time we stayed, The homely kitchen breakfast with lots of choice is a bonus, as were the fresh roses in every room. Here's to the next time!

I have stayed in enough places now to know when an advertised B&B shoves you into the converted spare room and despite the hosts saying ‘let us know if you need anything’ you feel uncomfortable venturing out into the hallway surrounded by family photos and the paraphernalia of your hosts personal life. Now the Barn is a conversion with rooms...

I stayed at the Barn with three friends on an annual jolly. The Barn is owned by Jane and Simon Wright who are the sweetest couple. Nothing is too much trouble and Simon is happy to show guests his beautiful Jacobs Sheep which graze in the garden. The Barn is huge and has four bedrooms. The twin bedroom is within...

This is the best B and B at which we have been guests, ever. The superbly converted listed barn and stables is a wonderful place at which to stay. We were treated as being, not just one of the family, but as honoured members of the family. Jane and Simon were wonderful, very friendly hosts, and nothing was too much...

This summer we had a bad accident because my wife, Ellen, slipped with her E-bike into Walcot Ford, near Folkingham. She broke her pubic bone and couldn't do anything at all. She was helped by a very kind first responder, Mr. Andy Dunlop, and was taken to Lincoln hospital after she had been helped by the kind assistance of an...

My wife and I had the pleasure of an overnight stay at The Barn and we were very impressed by the facilities. Our room was very comfy and the welcome shown to us by Jane & Simon was much appreciated. Breakfast was terrific with lots of homemade fayre at our disposal. Thank you both for looking after us. We shall...
