Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort invites you to experience our little piece of private paradise where the sky meets the endless sea. A cluster of villas cascade through verdant gardens, sloping down to the shore and looking out on the dramatic Hong Islands speckled in the cerulean Andaman Sea. High grey-shingled roofs pepper the line of sight, gables arched into lotus bud sculptures - the Buddhist symbol of purity - setting a peaceful undertone for the resort experience. In the Building Wing, architectural elements reference the mosques of traditional nearby communities, paying symbolic respect to the cultural harmony that defines this stunning region of the Thai Kingdom.

We have stayed for three nights at the hotel. the stay was premium from the arrival till departure. The hotel is impeded between the beach and the forest in a semi secluded area which gives a peace of mind and in a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms (Deluxe rooms in second floor) were so spacious even after adding an extra bed, had a large terrace with both a pool and a partial sea view with a huge shower, toilet and bath area, it was well furnished. The hotel has a pool between the rooms, a beach pool and located on the directly on the beach. The beach it self is very beautiful, calm with no crowds, facing the Islands with long tail boats waiting for customers from the resorts to hirer for a trip to the close by Hong Island. The beach was suitable for my kids as a distance is needed to reach deep waters so they could play and swim easily. The staff was kind, helpful and responsive.
The closest residential and market area is about 15 minutes by the hotel TOKtok (with additional charge) and the Ao Nang area is about 25 minutes even though that a number of resorts are extended on the beach front by each other.
The only negative I can mention is related to the breakfast as limited variability of food, especially if you are a Muslim (not necessarily Halal meat but also vegetables and dairy products), and also our noting that with some items such as pancake the stop of refilling the serving stations half an hour before end of service time.

We arrived on december 26 th 2022 and we left on january 2 nd 2023… what a great vacacion!
So the resort is very very nice well cleaned calm during the night it makes guests sleep very very well. All staff is very kind available smiling and having care of all guests!
The resort has
Also a spa and you can booked different massages and threatments.
There’s a beautiful beach very cleaned with little crabs running in the early morning. Very reccomanded the sunset view.
Even if the resort is located about 8 km far from Ao Nang there is a shuttle available for only 200bat go&back each and that’s a very good service!
We used daily the restaurant having thai dishes and they are delicious!!!! There is aldo s swimming pool a shop and the breakfast csn be taken on the upper floor with sea view!
Honestly we had s good time in this resort!!!
They take care of all guests❤️❤️❤️

A re visit to this resort on one of our favourite beaches in Thailand , was a reasonable price for this area so we gave it another go .
Big , well built clean hotel with some great sea views .
I think the management has changed since we last visited in 2016 .
Our room was a jacuzzi sea view and was spacious, clean with everything u needed with the jacuzzi on the balcony.
Decor colour was a bit dated and the tv u could only view from your small sofa and couldn’t rotate to view while in your bed .
Our room had microwave, fridge/freezer big shower and plenty of toiletries and towels .
Lots of pool areas although little lacking in nice sun beds , a lot of old style plastic sun beds which I think cheapened the hotel a bit.
Nice central area of the beach in the middle of 2 5* resorts .
Nice beanbags on the beach , beware lots of jelly fish when we were there this time .
Breakfast in pleasant , fresh eggs and make your own coffee from the machine , sadly this visit they had removed the tables from the lovely outside view area to all inside and again the colours decor a little dated .
Staff pleasant enough but no personal service for breakfast.
Check in was good but no welcome drink or cold towel given this time .
We treated ourselves to breakfast at the 5* resort Bayan Tree on the end and I can highly recommend and they do take outside people for breakfast.
We had dinner and the Thai restaurant at end of beach most nights and we recommend here also .
They also do laundry for a few pounds to a high standard.
This hotel has the base and structure to be a five star hotel but needs some investment and bringing back up to date .
But for value for money and location it was worth it

We were terribly disappointed by our stay at Anyavee. We spent weeks picking what we thought would be a fantastic resort and booked and paid for a private villa on the beach with its own pool. This was a confirmed reservation paid for in advance.

When we arrived we were informed that they had no record of our reservation and the villa had already been taken. Despite the efforts of our travel agent, resort management was completely useless and denied any responsibility.

Fortunately for us, management is so terrible at this resort that they never canceled a previous reservation we had made, so at least we had a room but it was not what we wanted.

The resort itself is OK. The restaurant is not bad, although the entire place needs a refresh. The staff was nice in a perfunctory way, but not particularly helpful. Best parts about it were the beach itself, and frankly being close to two much better resorts with better restaurants and amenities. For dinners, we dined elsewhere.

The first floor of the main building which we were in had bad odors from sewage which were very unpleasant. Also one of the pools toward the center of the property was decorated with mosaic tile, many of which were broken or falling off with very sharp edges. We had to warn parents with children not to let their kids near the underwater seating or any of the sharp edged broken rim tiles.

Now, the real horror: after a few nights at the resort, I began itching terribly all over – – there were bedbugs. Bedbugs! The day we checked out I realized what the problem was and reported it to the management by email.

Their response? Total denial. They accused me of having brought bedbugs in which was not possible and insisted that their rooms were clean. This is the kind of idiotic management they have and frankly my problems were not unique. In fact during our stay we saw several other parties including large groups arguing Desperately with the hotel management because there reservations had also mysteriously disappeared. When you look at how they operate, every single transaction like buying a bottle of water in the lobby has to be written down on a multi part form with little tear off sheets, it’s all done by hand. Like something from 25 years ago…

This place is horribly managed, not well-maintained and absolutely You should avoid it. Go anywhere else.

We stayed 3 nights during Christmas Holiday season. We booked a seaview room based on pictures the hotel advertised but received a shabby room exposed to a wall view and partial remote view of the sea. Do not trust pictures they use to advertise the rooms they lie. We also booked and paid for a room with two separate beds and this was also not delivered. When we complained to the manager (Mam ?) she admitted the hotel was wrong and promissed to address the matter and offered a discount which to this date they did not deliver and stop responding to our messages. The bottom line is that this hotel is the worst on this beach so avoid if you can.

Our family’s first trip to Thailand was made unforgettable by this amazing beach resort. Rustic charm combined with exceptional service, warm smiles, and a spectacular breakfast made it truly special. The breathtaking views and the convenient proximity to the Krabi Islands were unbeatable. As visitors from the United States, we felt honored to be guests here and deeply appreciate the hardworking staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic and welcoming Thai experience!

Beautiful resort, surrounded by tropical vegetation and water features. Good breakfast but always the same things every day.
Very nice and helpful staff but difficulty communicating with everyone, especially at the restaurant and breakfast, because no one speaks English except the reception.
The beach is not well equipped and cared for: very few sunbeds / chairs / sofas and no one cares; we had a lot of rain and everything was always wet, we dried the equipment ourselves.
Excellent restaurant, local specialties but also international, very good pizza.
Negative note for us (we were three couples): we were allocated three rooms with views directly over a busy construction site, very noisy and definitely not nice to see. After two days At our complaint we were offered to change rooms, appreciable and we obviously accepted but these rooms should not even be proposed to customers.

Overall a formerly swaggy do resort that has seen better days. Various signs of lagging maintainance: water spots on ceiling of reception area, some mildew on a few window trims. As for my room, for the one day I did stay there, my room key did not work, twice, so I had to go down 3 floors and back. The staff just handed me another key like this happens all the time. As Staff English not good and my Thai worse, it was very difficult to communicate even the simplest requests. Asfor my room, what looked like a bright emergency light aimed at the bed could not be turned off with any of the switches. I called the front desk and a few minutes later it went off, without me doing anything. I called the desk to cancel my request. Then it came on again for a couple minutes, then went off. Went to sleep wondering when it was going to come on again. Another nit: the two bedside lamps each had U.S. style 115V plugs, not the two prong variety needed in Thailand. There were no converters to use so I guess you had the choice to charge your phone or use the light. Just odd. The last thing, or straw, was the front desk saying Wait we can’t check you out yet, we need to check the room first. That has never happened to me before, and the last thing I expected from a supposedly swank place like this. Double odd and did not leave a good last impression. Overall the staff showed either somewhat forced cheerfulness or somewhat resigned/sullen at the front desk where they had to deal with complaining customers. I don’t think people enjoy working there. The breakfast buffet was very good and that is worth 2 stars. But for lunch or dinner walk down the road (if high tide) or beach to Tubkaek Seafood Restaurant, right on the beach. I did hike nearby Dragon Crest, which was the reason I booked in the first place and a highlight I recommend without reservation (unless you have bad knees or hips).

Ok , so the hotel itself , is quite nice , it’s a little of a mish mash style wise , some building are very traditional Thai style , other parts are modern , sleek lined . Rooms are good , we had a deluxe , huge bed , great shower , big balcony , great air con , fan , tea & coffee , large fridge . The pools are beautiful , I believe , a lot of the rooms have their own pools , and some are ‘ swim up ‘ style , which makes the main pools very peaceful !
Breakfast is average , quite chaotic , mainly due to lack of direction of staff , they tend to stand around giggling and not being proactive . Yesterday , although the hotel looks almost empty , we struggled to find a clean table for breakfast , as previous diners remnants had not been cleared away . I had to ask for 2 dishes to be replenished , which took a while . Service in the main Beach restaurant, is incredibly slow , I would hate to think what it would be like , should it be full .
There’s a daily happy hour , some drinks are ok . 1st cocktail we had , was sent back , as I think they forgot the alcohol !!!
It’s quite a narrow beach , but lovely white sand & the tide does go out an awful long way , but mornings , up until lunchtime , you can enjoy the swimming .
There is only 1 non resort restaurant within walking distance , the rest , are in the hotels either side . On TA shows several within a mile , the issue is , you cannot walk to any of these , and taxis here are ridiculously priced . 300bht. One way for a 7 min ride , which by Thai standards is high . Seemingly , taxis are hard to book here too . Views from the hotel are lovely , and if you are happy spending your entire holiday here in resort , without wanting to venture to lovely Thai restaurants and beach bars , it’s fine .
However , if you like a little variation , you may want to consider elsewhere .

This resort has beautiful views on what felt like a private beach. Customer service was top-notch! It's about 30 minutes from Au Nang, which wasn't great because it was so peaceful. The tour desk can arrange roundtrip transportation to Au Nang to shop or enjoy the night market/nightlife. We hired a private longboat, which picked up from the beach at the resort. Very convenient! Wide selection of breakfast options. Offers swim-out suites.
