I’m just about your check out and really don’t want to go! This resort exemplifies the very best of true Thai hospitality and I will be returning for sure.

We stayed in a room with swim-up pool access and the photos didn’t do it justice; it was spacious, furnished beautifully to a high standard and wonderfully cool.

The area is quiet, just two beach restos opposite and a 7/11, but what more do you need.

I would highly recommend staying here. Justin and his team will be sure to take the very best care of you.

A really nice and quiet hotel. I’m amazed it’s not busier than it was. It’s a couple of miles out from Ao Nang beach. A quiet place and really well kept. As usual the staff are really nice and helpful. The room was nice but the beds were hard.

Breakfast was great but found dinner and lunch less so as it didn’t seem very fresh. Almost opposite the hotel is a restaurant called See the Sea which was fantastic so we tended to opt for dinner there instead.

There is a beach the other side of the road from the resort but with the mineral plant close by, we were not sure how safe it would be.

I’d recommend the hotel but being as remote as it is, it’s unlikely I’d return.

Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We had pool access room which was amazing. Having coffee maker/ pods and nice cups was a great bonus. Location is very remote., you can walk to one restaurant and the 7/11 but that’s is. Beach pictures are quite deceiving as it’s quite ugly and not swimmable . There is a quarry near so not picturesque outside hotel. We hired a moped from hotel which made getting about easy. Had laundry done by hotel 100 baht per kilo and was excellent. Our only negative was food at breakfast was always cold. We mentioned to staff several times. This is sad as is presented so well and fantastic choice.

The welcome here was a complete contrast to the previous hotel we stayed in at Phuket. Back to the traditional Thai hospitality we’re used to.

We were given a compliment room upgrade on check-in and welcomed with a cool towel and cold drink.

Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated and everywhere in the hotel was well maintained. The thing that really made this stay special, though, was the staff. They couldn’t do enough for you and remembered room numbers and taxi pick up times.....really personal service.

There were some lovely touches that added to making the stay more special. Free bike rental, afternoon treats if you stay by the pool (ice lollies, fruit drinks, sandwiches), beach bag, sarong and flipflops in rooms.

We only had lunch here a few times but the food was excellent.

Only downside for us, may be a positive for others, was the location. The hotel’s not on the beach and it’s a taxi ride to a decent beach. Also, there’s only two restaurants within walking distance so not enough choice for us......but perfect for those looking for a more tranquil, hotel based holiday. The hotel does offer a free shuttle into Ao Nang 3 times a day, but the last one is 5pm and returned at 8.30. Perhaps would’ve helped if there had been a drop off around 7.30/8 for the evening, and maybe a free service to the beach.

Despite this, I’d still consider returning here because everything else was so good.

Staff at the top, helpful and always smiling. Super clean and well equipped room. Free shuttle to Ao nang city and its night market. Bemol the beach not great (take a bike to the hotel) to get to 3 kilometers where is a nice beach and hotel a little isolated.

Nice hotel. The best part was this hotels hospitality service. All staff was super friendly and welcoming. The beach across the street was not swimable. It is also located a bit far from AONang so you must get a taxi eveytime

I had a last-minute arrange for my guest, whom happened to check-in at this resort recently. I was lucky enough to encounter Khun Jona and Khun Bla (Ms. Fish, what a cute name) and they assured my request was taken care of with all the possible details. Shout out to both of them for such great service. 5 star service mind for sure.

Well, I dont know where to begin...anyways let me give it a try !!!

Location - The resort is located far off from Ao Nang and Krabi attractions, people who want to party at Ao-Nang, pls DONOT stay here !!!

Check-in - We reached the resort at 10:30 and requested for an early chekc-in. I had already called up the hotel from India a week before the trip and informed them about our early arrival. To our rude surprise, the rooms want ready when we reached the resort. We had to wait a good 20 minutes before we got a room. Finally when we got the room - we were first told that they had upgraded us for a higher category but alas only for 4 hours till the time our lower category room got ready.

In room Service - To say that the in room dining was pathetic would be an understatement. The food was served ice cold and orders were incomplete. Once we for the main course without the starters and the other time the soup was completely cold !!!

Restaurant service - Excuse me for being extra sensitive, but i think the staff in this resort was a bit racist. they were cordial to the European / American tourists while lending a cold shoulder to the demands of Indian / Brown tourists like us. I was constantly reminded by the waiter to shut up and be congnizant of the fact that he knew what vegetarian cuisine was !!!

Restaurant food - Guess vegetarians are bound to suffer at any location but the chef here was hell bent on making things as difficult as possible. Veg fried rice was served cold in the restaurant and contained Tofu despite our requests against it. Soups were horrible and so were the pastas. None of the food items contained any salt ever !!!

House keeping - Shoddy to say the least. They were stingy enough to NOT replenish the bars of soap and bottles of shampoo everyday (as if that saved the resort any money). Apart from the usual brickbats, they would not make up the rooms properly while were gone !!!

Rooms - The rooms were nice and spacious but all there were LIZARDS crawling all over the place !!! How ridiculous is that. I once went to take the reception pictures for a memoir, only to find 6 huge lizards crawling on the resort loo at the reception !!!

Service requests - I had come here for a new year and anniversary celebration with my wife. The hotel did not bother to keep its promises about making a sweet gesture of decorating the room for the couple. Not only this, they also had the audacity to not pack us the breakfast for the morning when we left. This happened despite the promise of getting a packed breakfast at the reception the night before.

Reception -Extremely poor support, they run a 2 time free shuttle service to AoNang every day which should be atleast 6 times a day. the resort should know that they are in a disadvantageous position due to their location but they make no efforts to amend the same. The charge atrocious amounts of money for transfers to Ao-nang and Krabi city and are pretty unapologetic about it.

Check-out - We were charged 200 Baht for 2 bags which we had left at the swimming pool after a rigorous room check by house keeping team during our check-out. The reception team was extremely ill behaved and demanded our credit card details to charge for missing bag on the card itself. How shameful is that for a resort claiming to be 5 STAR.

My respect for Tripadvisor has gone down considerably after choosing this resort based on rating at this site. Pls be more careful and ranking resorts otherwise you end up ruining the holiday experiences of your users.

Final recommendation - DO NOT visit this property. Strictly advise against it !!!
