What a fabulous week at the Majestic. The people definitely make this resort worth the trip. Starting with our butler Arling. He was on top of everything we needed, Covid tests, dinner reservations, and making my wife’s birthday special, just to mention a few. I really enjoyed getting to know him. Very caring person and genuinely wants to make your trip the best. Most days were spent by the pool, where Eriol made sure to find us everyday and get us anything we needed. He was the best, and would make a great butler for Majestic. And then Angelina and Maxima took care of all our drinks, always with a smile on their face. They were amazing! The food in general is pretty good. We enjoyed the steakhouse best. The ribeye was my favorite. Eddie Murphy was our waiter and gave us great service. We also would see him for breakfast at the Buffett. He always treated us like “family”. As far as entertainment goes, don’t miss the Michael Jackson show. Very talented singers and dancers. Thanks for an amazing week, and hope to make it back to the majestic one day!!…

Just returned from a marvelous experience while staying at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana!! May I suggest the steak house with its fantastic steaks and sides. You will be treated like family! Rafaila knew it was my birthday and surprised me with a private room all decked out with balloons and table decorated with flowers, simply amazing! Best birthday ever!! Cocktails, champagne, wine, steaks and all the trimmings!! Then followed by a host of servers with a drum and sparklers parading in like I was the Queen of the Island singing happy birthday to me!!! Constant service and smiles!! Rafaila, Rosemary, Luis, Carlos, Luis Mercedes, Cristin,Luis Rie, Asadito, Yafreise, Adrian and Carlos Medina!!!! You were all simply amazing!! Review Our time at The Majestic Elegance exceeded our expectations. Becoming one of favorite family vacations, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. Once we arrived at the resort we were quickly checked in by Esmarlin, who not only took care of us but upgraded both our rooms. After checking us in Esmarlin introduced us to Modesto, our host for this vacation. Upon our introduction, Modesto showed us around this beautiful resort and to our rooms where he made it clear that if we needed anything—we shouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him. He gave us his WhatsApp contact, and throughout the entirety of the trip he was extremely helpful. He made our reservations to the restaurants on site, kept us updated on the availability at the spa, and guided us through the process of making sure we had completed our Covid test properly to return to the United States. We could not recommend Modesto service enough. Speaking of the restaurants, we have a member in our party who suffers from severe food allergies, and the staff at the Steak House went above and beyond when it came to accommodating her allergies. Luima, Hendrisy, Rafaela, and Eddy went above in beyond in making our family feel not only welcomed but safe when it came to eating! Luima spent a lot of time speaking with the table to go over the process of their kitchen and what would be going into the dishes served—he was so kind and made the whole table feel safe. While Hendrisy gave his WhatsApp to contact if we had any further questions surrounding the food, and also gave us a letter which he signed to give to staff when it came to dinning in other restaurants. Rafaela was also pleasure to meet as she was our usher at the steak house each time we went, always made sure that we spoke to the right people about the kitchen while also being one of the kindest people we spoke with. Lastly, Eddy helped us not only at the steak house, but at the main breakfast buffet. He was always such a joy to get to see as he made the whole family laugh and smile with all his kind words, and great help he offered us whenever we needed assistance. Not to mention how stunning the beaches and the pools were! Joel was one of the assistance by the pool handing out towels, and he was always such a lovely presence who welcomed us with a warm smile and pleasant conversation. Friendly helpful staff. Everyone was lovely! Our butler Orlando did an amazing job helping us get anything we needed. The spa staff, Rafael and Ricardo were so wonderful and helpful as well. The resort is beautiful and open. The drinks flow like water. We couldn’t have asked for a better time.

Majestic Elegance is a great resort. Everything is top notch! Food is amazing with lots of choices for where to go for dinner. Pools and the beach are mesmerizing and beautiful. Our butler Modesto really made our stay wonderful, making my birthday memorable. Everyone is really nice and helpful. We were staying at the adults only Elegance Club section, which means more pools, additional breakfast and lunch restaurant and extra small nice touches everywhere. I highly recommend the club option for anyone with no kids. So just grab SPF50, a hat, and your best swimsuits and you will forget all the worries in the world. What a great stay!
