excellent staff, exquisite property. The main reason to visit Lombok is to stay at the hotel. Amazing views and exclusive beach, chef who creates amazing Indonesian dishes. A truly relaxing vacation, one can spend the entire day lounging around the poolside in one of the cabanas. .

Oberoi is a one of a kind beach vacation. The resort is perfect . Beautiful grounds, our Villa was lovely, great food and activities including sand toys for the kids. The service is second to none. We came to relax for a few days and never wanted to leave. You are right on the ocean. You can just hang or if you want an excursion you can hire a boat to take you the Gili islands for some of the best snorkeling you will find. It is an idyllic way to spend some time. We highly recommend the Oberoi Beach Resort in Lombok. You will love it!

From the moment we were greeted from the ferry this resort made us feel special. Oberoi Seminyak had organised our transfer from one property to the other. It was seamlessly smooth. The one wrinkle was that my husband was unwell, which had been communicated from one hotel to the next. This is a beautiful property set in some 13 hectares of lush gardens with just 50 odd rooms/villas. Our villa was magnificent with a garden area, a balcony to the sea with sunset views and a turreted dining area. The bathroom is huge and luxurious and the bed enormous, though quite high. In fact a step stool is placed strategically as part of the turn down service. The pool area is spacious with some sunlounges set close and others scattered amongst the trees. The pool is a good size and super clean. The beach area is not suitable for swimming directly in front of the hotel due to the coral but a short walk to the jetty allows you to drop into deeper water and snorkel happily. Gear is provided and they also offer a snorkel trip to the nearby Gilis for a reasonable price. Pool attendants set up your lounges with towels, sunscreen, water and handy flags you can raise to summon service for that essential cocktail. Or indeed a red flag if you wish to not be disturbed. Breakfast looking across to the Gili Islands adjacent to the pool is a la carte and is delicious, plentiful and fresh. The restaurant also has delicious fare available for both lunch and dinner. Alcohol is expensive on Lombok so be aware. Dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant here, so it is worth considering a half board option. As my partner was unwell and then myself we did not do the food options justice but the level of care from the hotel was immaculate. A Doctor was summoned at very reasonable cost and offers of soup or juice or basically anything were made. The return boat journey was once again handled smoothly, late check out was no problem and the Oberoi car waiting for our arrival back at the harbour much appreciated. At both the Oberoi properties in Indonesia you really do feel that nothing is too much trouble. Like the Oberoi in Seminyak the attention to detail of the staff was quite exceptional. This can't just be chance they must train for this. So much so that I now know which chain I will be choosing when I get to my long-anticipated trip to India. One other thing worth a mention. Like many hotels they charge a service fee but they also clearly display signs in your room asking you NOT to tip as this is what the service fee covers. They do give a method for tipping at the end if you so choose and to call out any individual performance you may want to. This transparency is refreshing and takes away that awful feeling of how much to give and when. Just 100% good old fashioned service.…

Went here for 4 days in September 2023. Views were stunning, resort was luxurious and the prices were unbelievable. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us and make our stay comfortable. Special shout out to Mr. Vaibhav who helped bought baby food for us because we indicated to him that we were running low. We enquired about where we can buy a particular brand and next morning it was delivered to our room at no extra charge. The restaurant prepared multiple meals for our baby at no extra charge. I was very happy with the service and I will return here for my next holiday.

Could hardly fault this hotel. Just one minor fault but that was a personal one where I could use the pool as it was a little too deep for me. 1.5m deep all round, I couldn't stand in it as I am only 1.58m tall and don't swim well. Apart from this the facilities, staff and amenities were outstanding. From the cleaner who did our room, Saha, to the restaurant staff some of which I can't remember their names but those that I do were Andini, Faisal, Adi, Rose, Michelle, Dwi, and many others. Then there was Harry and Sayu at the poolside/beach. All such lovely people and that includes the Concierge staff. Beautiful location albeit a little remote from shops. You needed a car or horse and cart to get you to the nearest town, Tanjung.

A stunning resort- one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The setting is sublime and sitting there with drinks watching the sunsets magical. The staff are what make this place great alongside the gorgeous rooms, stunning food and magical grounds. We only stayed for three nights before heading on to Gili Air but we could have stayed forever!
