We arrived during off-season and because of the fact that this really isn't a touristy place and the recent earthquakes, we were the only visitors. But the place was beautiful and the staff was really friendly! Their english is not the best, but they make it work! The beach is just a 1 minute walk from the hotel and it is amazing and great for snorkeling! Really recommend this if you want a quite and beautiful place to stay!

This hotel is located in a small village. It is very quiet, peacefull and hidden in a palm plantage. It is also very close to a wonderfull, hidden beach, with black sand. The breakfast is delicious and the staff friendly. It was a really nice stay :-)

The hotel was clean, the price is steal, the staff was great, fais was very nice staff, near from rinjani and a few waterfall around the hotel must go there next time, very recommended place to stay, I'll stay here for next year because the hotel is nice and comfortable

Defenitely worth the 25 euros we paid. We only stayed here for one night but it was a nice experience. The staff ( gili, fais, and gun) very friendly guys! The accomodation is located on a coconut farm. Its very spacious and with a stunning view if you walk in 1 minute to the quiet beach.

We're driving around Northern Lombok looking for some good food, which isn't easy to find along the road in this part of Lombok. We found a sign advertising Gondang Beach Hotel, and we took our chances. We're arrived to a very clean and friendly bungalow resort. The owner greeted us personally and showed us around. While we didn't sleep at this place, we still got to see the rooms and amenities, the well-kept grounds, and tried the restaurant at this place which deserves a review. Staff was very detailed and courteous and took our order. We had 5 shakes, a whole grilled fish, Nasi Goreng, and a Gado gado salad. The food was delicious and was our cheapest meal during a 3 week stay in. If we have the chance gain in the future, we'd come again and sleep there a few nights and see the local attractions. this small hotel but it makes me feel like home I enjoyed very much, very relaxing and the beach just like private beach , and the staff they are just make us like somewhere in the lonely planet................we will be back
