The room was clean and fresh, the breakfast was so good, excellent ubicación right to the main plaza. The price was good too. The parking lot it's a little strange cause the entrance it's a little small.

You access from the street or from the (free) hotel parking at the basement to a elevator, the hotel is in the 5th floor. Quite new and well maintained rooms, excellent breakfast, includes fruits and local pastries. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds, it's ok if you are on your way to other cities, also conveniently located in the city...

First of all there are two accomodations each one in front of the other. My review is about the "express" hotel. All the building was good except for the carpet, it was ripped and looks quite stained. The single room does not have enough services to call it business hotel. just one broken electric plug and it's used for a...

You enter into a little elevator on the street level and then you go up to the 5th floor. It's a nice surprise because once you do get off the busy street they have a nice sunny open area for breakfast and hanging out. The rooms are very small but adequate. The staff all seem very nice and helpful. It's...

We stayed in Chillan for one night. The hotel was within walking distance to everything we needed...a good gym, groceries and restaurants. The staff were gracious and helpful with the exception of service in the main restaurant. We left after waiting almost 10 minutes not being noticed in a bright and almost empty restaurant. Found a great Thai restaurant around...

They describe themselves as a business hotel which is accurate. Many people staying here are working, which makes for decent bedtimes (no night noise in communal area). We had a large corner room on the side where the hotel is up on the higher floors (opposite the restaurant). Many of the rooms are very small with one twin bed (for...

We stayed at the Hotel Las Terrazas in Chillan for one night whilst on route to Los Angeles. The cost was approximately $62000 Chilean Pesos (AUD$120 or GBP£60) for a room (habitación) containing three single beds. The price included an "Americano" breakfast (desayuno), Internet access (acceso a Internet) and access to secure underground parking. The room and adjoining en suite...

This hotel was a fine place to stop on our way down Ruta 5 from Santiago to Pucon and then Puerto Varas. Guillermo at the front desk was incredibly helpful and recommended a great place for dinner. (La Sureño) He speaks good English, but we told him we wanted to practice our Spanish, so he happily chit-chatted with us in...

We stayed in the hotel with the restaurant and the reception on the ground floor. The other part of the hotel is on the 5 and 6th floor on the other side of the street. We have no idea what the difference is. The reception personal was friendly enough. The staff in the restaurant/cafetaria was more reactive than proactive and...

We arrived late into Chillan and were on our way to the ski resort area of Termas de Chillan. This was our second choice of lodging since the first had no vacancy. With a rather humble appearance, this hotel is located on the fifth and sixth floors of a downtown building. The room though very small was comfortable and shower...
