We stayed here for 3 nights and we found what we where looking for: Rest, relaxation, good food. We are vegans and Kavita has excellent cooked for us. One day we went together with other guests to the next island Koh Ses and have had a great time in the reef over there. If you want to find back to...

After travelling around cambodia for more than a week, my girlfriend and I spent four nights on the island searching for peace and rest: we were in right place!! The resort is a hidden treasure on the island of koh thmei. our bungalow was basic but cosy and equipped with two ammocks on the terrace a few steps away from...

If you are looking for a place to relax and do nothing then this is it. The bungalows are fairly large (ours had 2 double beds and 1 single) with a large bathroom and very clean. There was plenty of space to hang clothes and store stuff. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Facilities on the island are simple. We had...

Koh Thmei resort is tiny and remotely located on the Koh Thmei island. Getting there is no problem as they can organize taxi and boat for you. The huts are simple, clean, and have good mosquito nets. The restaurant is nice, but the food was a bit below my expectations based on previous reviews. Prices are somewhat above standard. Btw...

It's been around NY's Eve 2012 we've been there with our two boys (7and10). We traveled Cambodia for a week, stayed in PP, Siam Reap and Kep. This remote spot was one of the best experiences. The kids loved the dog and the pigs, the lovely beach and all the games they provide. We just enjoyed the down to earth...

We are a family of four with young daughters travelling for a year. We stuck in our mind after a week with Michael, Kavita and their team was how good value and overwhelmingly relaxing experience this was. Kavita and the ladies in the resort adopted our daughters from the first minute, were always stretching their mind and time to make...

Once we finished the 1 hour boattrip with the wind coming inland and stepped out on the Island (and washed off our salt crust) there was instant relaxation. The bungalows are very roomy and have (for southeastasian standards) gigantic bathrooms with a dividing half-wall between the shower and the rest. The water is very clean (something you will appreciate especially...

We went to Koh Thmei resort for the same reason like a lot of the other guests - to get away. For us this worked out really well compared with some other reviews. At night we heard nothing but waves and insects (and that was load so you might need earplugs - ironic I know). Food was good and the...

Paradise is a much over used word, and it is not a word that Michel & Kavita have used to describe Koh Thmei Resort. The bungalows are simple but perfectly OK and are situated right on the beach. The beach itself is made up of 'dirty looking' sand because of its orientation to the prevailing weather and the nature of...

I was looking for a super mellow, quiet place to catch up on sleep and work on my sunburn, and this place was it. Def the place to go if you want to turn off your brain, listen to the waves and eat a bunch of seafood. Lack of backpackers and sand flies makes this place even better. The food...
