The road to the lodge is so much fun to travel, I am definitely going again! I traveled from Fort Smith, AR. to the lodge in a round trip one day drive. My family was impressed with the overlook near the lodge but really loved the view from the lodge porch!

Mount Magazine Lodge is amazing. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. The views are fantastic. The restaurant is quite adequate. The menu is varied enough that there is sure to be something for every taste. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. There were several large tour groups visiting during our stay, but...

Mount Magazine Lodge is just fine. In fact, it's probably a head above most regional park lodges. I had heard that it was beautiful, but the food was lacking. Actually, the fare was not imaginative, but one could find a salad or a pizza if necessary. The breakfast buffet was above average--slightly. Eggs, fruit, bacon, sausage, French toast, and omelets...

My husband and I stayed here unfortunately for only one night. It was already booked the rest of the time, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice room with a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent and not a bad price either. The waitress was very nice and...

We had stayed at one of the cabins previously, but this time tried the suite. There are only 4 because they are on the ends so you have views from both balconies. The sunrise and sunset were fantastic and the suite itself is extremely comfortable and well furnished. Being a very chilly night, the gas fireplace was a welcome addition....

Husband and I needed a quiet place to getaway for a few days before our daughter's big wedding crunch. Spent 3 nights in one of the suites and was in awe the entire trip. This state park is not only beautiful, very well maintained with friendly service, but the perfect getaway. The resturant service was average, but very friendly and...

I took my wife here as a surprise vacation. It is very quiet and peaceful. The view is great! It on the highest mountain in Arkansas. The food in the onsite restaurant is very, very good. All of the employees were so friendly and very helpful. The stations on the TV are very limited. If like walking trails this would...

The lodge is situated in the Ozark National Forest in the Magazine Mountains...the highest elevation in the state of Arkansas. Every room has a magnificent view of the valley floor below. Reminiscent of the Glazier and Yellowstone lodges but the lodge has all the modern day conveniences one would want/need. From the indoor pool, exercise room, bar, restaurant, this location...
