Let me preface this review by saying this place is very basic. If you prefer quiet, tucked-away local experiences and a lot of quiet time, keep reading. Ketut and Gek and their family are so welcoming. The room is airy and spacious with a fantastic view out over the rice paddys. We stayed for ten days here and enjoyed it immensely. It's a super cheap room with breakfast included. If you're a surfer, the beach is a ten minute moped ride away but definitely do able everyday....

This is about the closest you can get to authentic Balinese living as a tourist. There are almost no foreigners in this village and you get the real Bali treatment. The rates are dirt cheap and room is very basic. The toilets and bathroom can be cleaner too. The owners are friendly and helpful. Doggie is a good companion too....

We stayed here for 5 days and loved it. It suited us perfectly - we wanted to stay somewhere cheap, clean, quiet and experience the bali family hospitality. We got all of those things! The room is large with a comfy bed, a big bathroom with an amazing hot shower! There is a western flush toilet too. Its a bargain...

I often visit Bali and every trip I stay at few nights here at the Bali Traditional Homestay. Ketut and Gek are so friendly and always make me feel at home.
