We liked staying in this hotel very much. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. And the breakfast was very delicious and abundant, with many home made cakes, fresh fruits, local cheeses. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very close (within walking distance) to the center of the city and the seafront. The owner gave us a recommenadtion for a very good... More

Smashing hotel. Neat, homely room with a view over the colourful port and old rooftops. Right by the main town square and seafront streets but quiet and has its own parking. Really friendly family-run place, helpful staff. Excellent, particularly at something like €45 per night. Good memory of this place.

"We've been waiting for you!" Upon first utterance as we stepped into reception, the staff at Nais Beach made us feel like family. Located right in the heart of this bustling port town, we arrived late (midnight) after traveling from Bari on the ferry, but were still met at the door, walked to our safe parking spot, and personally shown... Well located just around from the Venetian Tower, the Nais Hotel is a real find! Great value with a reasonable size double room, great breakfast, free wifi and very friendly staff who treat you like family, only better. My only regret was that I could only stay the one night! Excellent value, safe and highly recommended if you are in... More

It's on a quiet side street off the main road. From our top floor room we could see the Byzantine walls and the sea beyond. A very, nice, small hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast very generous and varied

The Nais Hotel is located right in the city centre, on the main street, close to the main attractions and the seaside. I liked the fair breakfast and the free wi-fi in the room. The staff is really friendly and helpful. A special thank to Mrs. Lika, the owner, who helped me to get to the Macedonian border fast and... More

A home away from home where travelling solo is much needed every now and then and that's what this hotel felt like. Smiley faces, delicious large breakfast, homely staff always smiley and open for a conversation and the most comfortable king size bed I have ever slept in in Europe. I will be back over and over again with my... More

I recently moved to Durres and spent almost a week in the Nais Hotel. Not only did I feel welcome right away but I felt like I was a part of a family right away. Everyone was friendly, helpful and wanted to make sure that I loved Durres from the moment I arrived. I slept well in the full furnished... More

We had a good experience here and loved our 7th floor room with it's stunning views and large balcony. The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor but this is no problem as the friendly staff are available to help with the luggage. The room was very spacious and was clean and had everything we needed. The location is... More

I'm very glad I chose to stay at this very friendly hotel. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful (including helping me sort out my onward travel - by minbus from a location on the edge of Durres - to Vlore). The room was clean and spacious and, despite the hotel being located just off one of the main... More
