Before travelling I'd read many reviews about this hotel and when I arrived I was expecting the worst. However, having driven for many hours, I was very pleased that I was able to check-in upon arrival, an hour or so earlier than the advertised check-in time. All staff that I encountered throughout my stay were, without exception, helpful, courteous and... More

Great location, hotel has beautifully kept grounds, big swimming pool and a free aqua park! Great place to go with kids. Rooms were very comfy. Food was good, not very international but most of it was tasty. For what we paid I thought it was great!

Having read the last three reviews, I completely agree with what eveyone has written. On arrival at the hotel it looked very nice but that's where it ended. I travelled with my husband and 12 year old daughter for a two week holiday. Our room was very basic and almost everyday the maid seemed to resent leaving three towels for... More

Let me start by saying as a family we have travelled well and stayed in 3,4 & 5 star Hotels around Europe and enjoy experimenting with local cuisine and foreign dishes. The food at this hotel leaves something to be desired! On first impression the hotel looks nice, rooms ok but could do with a little updating and some new... More

Having just spent 2 weeks at this hotel with my husband and two children. The idea was by going all inclusive hotel on the beach would be saving us some money from buying food, drink or paying for sun beds. The hotel is very well run, however the food you had two choices, que for 15 minutes (and that's only... More

“If you have kids id advise a room in the middle of the hotel floors, we were on the 5th floor and that was ideal. Not many stairs to go down although there is lifts on every floor, but its less quiet, yet if you sit on your balcony you can look down onto the pool which is ideal if you have older children who could go to the pool alone,. Also this looks STRAIGHT onto the sea, overall its a stunning view”
