Rami the owner of Dana Moon is a really friendly helpful guy; you feel more like you're staying in his home than in a hotel. He drove me to some really nice places while my friends were out walking, at no extra cost, & did his best to provide whatever we asked for. The place itself is simple but comfortable,...

Very warm welcoming with Tea. The owner likes to Talk to his guests, helps you whenever He can and cooks great food. You can visit Wadi ghuweir with guide waleed. He can come with you, or drops you off and picks you up at the End of the day with Tea and grapes! We planned one night in Dana, eventually...

Rami the hotel manager is a really great host, he cooked for us a great meal, the breakfast was delicious and whatever we asked for he helped us immediately! The rooms are simple but clean with one bathroom and only one sink in common for five rooms. Towels and bed sheets are available in the rooms but there are hangers...

Dana moon hotel is the first hotel to see when you entry the village. When we're there in March, at night it was still very cold, but Rami, the caretaker was very friendly to switch on the heater and spent his time talking with us until late. We've got also discount for our room and all service we took there....

Things I liked ===================== Rami was very friendly and solicitous about my welfare and comfort. He ensured that I had sufficient blankets (3). He cooked tasty breakfasts and a dinner. When I went for my solo hike down the valley, he asked where I would be going and when I expected to be back. Later that evening, while he was...

Good place to stop along the highway on your way down to Petra and wadi rum. Good clean accommodation and helpful staff. Only real issue was that the staff was maybe a bit too concerned as to where we were and what we were up to at all times.

We (2 couples) stayed a night in this small (only 5 rooms) modest (shared bathrooms) but very clean and comfortable accommodation set in the little historic village of Dana. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the roof top and the beautiful views west out over the Dana Reserve and also wandering around the village, which is slowly being restored and...

Dana is a small village with very few hotels. The rooms at this hotel are quite basic. They have a nice view of the Dana valley from the deck where we had both our dinner and lunch. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the region. He recommended some nice hikes to try out. Dinner was a bit pricey.
