We arrived at 11am so knew our room would probably not be ready. We left our bags and went off to explore Petra. When we got back, we had been given a room on the second floor with a spacious balcony. We thought the room was a little dated but the bed was very comfortable and we were spending most...

We stayed for 1 night while exploring Petra. The wifi was good and beds were soft. Not all the staff spoke English so we had some difficulty after dinner, but the cave bar was excellent and had high speed wifi.

Poor in service from the front desk to house keeper. Room service knocked on our door around 9 a.m., we were still sleeping and not yet walking to the door he suddenly open the door without permission. I considered that not safe at all for guest staying there. The breakfast was not satisfied at all. Sorry to say this but...

This used to be a Crowne Plaza (and may still be classified as such in some online databases) so we were a little uncertain as to what the status and quality of the hotel would be. We were totally blown away. This is a Class A hotel with very large, well decorated, fully-equipped, clean rooms and an excellent restaurant and...

You could not ask for a better location for a hotel. Many hotels may say close to the entrance to Petra, but this is literally next to the entrance; a perfect location. Unfortunately the service is severely lacking. We stayed 2 nights. Our room wasn't cleaned during the day in between and our sheets were removed before we ultimately checked...

The hotel is just at the entrance of the Petra site, neat and clean, well maintained. Rooms facing the town has better view then the one facing the mountains, we were in the new block. The Cave bar within the premises is a good sitout for the evenings, however, below basic breakfast spread, was really disappointed, AC in the room...

It's ideally located, next to the entrance of Petra, the lost city and the Visitor Centre. The rooms are quite spacious. It has an excellent view, overlooking the Petra city. The food is okay. Front Office staff was quite helpful.

The hotel is right at the entrance and walking distance into the main downtown eating areas. Great home base. Rooms are clean but very minimal. A/C was cold, showers were hot and the bed was middle of the road. We would stay again if visiting Petra. Breakfast which is included in your fee is pretty bad. Steam tray buffet and...

The Petra Guest House is a most conveniently located place when it comes to exploring ancient Petra and its treasure. Nice and clean rooms (most of them in bungalow-style buildings adjacent to the main part), good food from the buffet and helpful staff. The ample terrace right outside the reception area offers great views of Wadi Musa village and outdoor...
