My wife and I stayed 2 nights at the camp while visiting Petra and absolutely loved it. Atef and the guys that run the camp were unbelievably hospitable and made sure that our stay was unforgettable. I 100% recommend staying here if you are on the fence. It will be an experience you won't forget.

The owner was super warm and friendly and the tents were cozy, even in the cold weather. Four blankets per bed kept up plenty warm! The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were hot - not necessarily things you can count on anywhere in Jordan. Each night there was a roaring fire in the communal space along with live...

My children and I spent 1 night at the Seven Wonders Bedouin Camp in August 2016. It was an amazing experience! The food was delicious and our time by the fire most enjoyable. We listened to local live music while counting stars in the sky... I highly recommend this camp. Would definitely stay there again!

We spent two nights at the Seven Wonders Camp. The food and staff were great. We had electricity at night in our tents, allowing us to charge our devices, which was super helpful. The winds were insane at night, causing the tent to make scary noises, and showering was quite the experience, as the bathrooms weren't really insulated from the...

We stayed at 7 Wonders with a small group tour we had booked. I didn't look it up in advance since we didn't know the name of the camp and assumed we would be in canvas tents sleeping on cots - wrong! The tents are hard structures with a bed (or beds), light and outlets. The bathrooms were way nicer...

This was our first experience with tent camping and it was terrific. The tent and washrooms were clean. The staff were friendly and the food was great. We stayed two nights. The location is easy to find. Bring a flashlight. We really enjoyed visiting Little Petra too.

Initially we had booked this for one night, but extended for one more night due to the fantastic ambience and warm hospitality. The evening is made cozy with bon fire where you get a chance to meet other travellers, exchange notes and get cultural experiences. Tea is free flowing throughout the evening. The hosts are very warm and full of humour.

So I was pretty leery about this tent camping business. But this was way cool. The tents are pretty permanent structures and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. They do smell a bit odd. The bathrooms are nice but know that you will have limited water hours and very limited hot water. But the meals were good and the atmosphere really...

This is perfect for a night or two max. Such a beautiful setting, quiet and great campfire at night. Enhanced the whole experience of visiting Petra. Do keep in mind that this IS camping, the generator can go down at any minute with no lights. Hot water only during certain times etc. Downsides: you cannot buy soft drinks only tea...

Perhaps it's because I arrived in the night, and the lights in the rocks were glowing like stars after the darkness of the desert we had been passing through in the long drive from Israel - but this place was just magic from start to finish. The food was good, but limited for vegetarians. The fire was magic. The people...
