only thing to recommend about this hotel is the view.. i guess every room has a balcony (not sure). if not during booking please ask for a room with a balcony. coz thats what you are staying here for. sunrise cant be appreciated but you can still see the changes in the colour of the sky either from the comfort...

Views from the rooms and dining areas are spectacular. Rooms are good but not too clean. To get any hot water in the shower you give up any water pressure. Otherwise enjoy a cold shower. Staff are very helpful. Let down by the food. Make sure you are there early otherwise you miss out on having a selection. Breakfast is...

Each room has an individual, although not private, terrace from which the view was spectacular. The room was comfortable, but like all the hotels we stayed in in Jordan, the shower was iffy and let out only a weak rivulet of water. Not fun after a long tiring trek through the ruins of Petra! There were hardly any toiletries in...

The room I stayed in was really icky, the shower curtain had orange goo at the bottom of the shower curtain, and seemed unclean. I couldn't feel good walking barefoot in the room. The breakfast the next morning was weird, the pancakes were just awful, the cheese was not at the right temperature, and overall unappetizing. If not with a...

Looks can be deceiving. Met by silence, thought we were the only guests for hours, sulky unwelcoming receptionist was even rude to our guide. No atmosphere. Rude and abrupt staff, totally felt unwelcome. Appalled by the fact it's supposed to be a 4 star...it would be lucky to scrape a 2. The room air con made the right noises but...

tl;dr: Poor hotel. View fantastic. Trade-off not worth it unless crazy. I traveled in a group of five, split between two rooms (three in one, two in the other), for one night as part of a tour throughout Jordan. The one night we spent was, as cliché as it sounds, one too many. We arrived at around 6:00 PM and...

Basically, this hotel is only good for the view. That's about it. The rooms are old and are in desperate need of renovation, the towels are frayed and the sheets had yellowish stains of them whose origin I was afraid to question. The food was all right, pretty good for Jordan, but the choice was scarce at both dinner and...

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night and that was 1 night too long. Checked into hotel which is in middle of no where, which we dont mind but when it comes to price extortion this is where it starts. First off asked about wifi, they said yes but it will cost $5 US which is ok, but then the reception...

We picked a 4 star hotel for our tour to Petra and our agent put us here. It is more like a 2 star hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom had repairs done with caulking and it was very old. Very little water pressure in the shower. The dinner and breakfast food was...

Not my cup of tea! Rooms stuffy and not very clean. Lift system weird. Corridors dark. No free wifi. No water given at Buffett meal time. View although, amazing from pool area. Considering there are so many hotels in Petra that have closed due to lack of tourism, I would have thought customer service would be of a high standard!
