This is a spectacular guest house overlooking the ocean. There are ocean-view terraces and veandas for relaxing, even some tables for eating outside. The dining room has ocean views, as does the living room and bar. The rooms are spacious, comfy, nice bath and ours had beautiful ocean view. Ask for ocean view - the price is the same and...

Beautiful place, AMAZING view, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good and always fresh. We stayed for five nights and will most definitely book again on our next trip there. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing I was nervous about was parking, super tight and the only way out sometimes was reversing down steep driveway.

This was the highlight of my trip so far. We only booked one night here, but soon regretted not booking more. The view is unbeatable. The Place was very nice, comfortable beds and balcony overlooking the bay. We had breakfast out on the Veranda after watching the sunrise. The locals told us not to miss it and they were right!...

Lovely staying here. Friendly service, great food and helpful all round. Would recommend without hesitation. The decor is neutral and calming yet interesting. Loved the wallpaper in the downstairs ladies toilet!

A comfortable B&B with a lovely view from front terraces (our room was facing the hills). It was fully booked when we stayed and there was limited space in the lounge and the parking was a nightmare (had to reverse down steep drive as no room to turn at top). Compared with other the breakfast menus could be more creative

I only stayed one night here and was sorry it could not have been longer. The location is ideal, overlooking the ocean. The rooms are nicely appointed, but the spacious sitting room and dining room--both with views--and the terrace are what really stand out. There was a last-minute problem with my local transportation, and the staff instantly stepped up to...

We stayed here for a week and found everything perfect and very relaxing. The view from our window in room 4 was unbelievably beautiful, it seemed unreal. The hotel is less than 3 mins drive from boulders beach where the penguins live. Simons town is 5 mins away and a great place for little independent shops, restaurants and cafes. There...

Beautiful sea views. Dominique & all the staff were amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10 minute walk to Boulders Beach for the penguins & 5 min in a cab to the harbour. All restaurants were recommended & booked by Dominique & were superb

The guesthouse is in a wonderful position, looking out over the ocean and with a small sandy cove beneath it - almost a private beach. It is within short walking distance of the Boulders Bay penguins and only a short drive from Cape Point. Public areas are spacious and tastefully decorated, with an African theme. The staff and owner are...

I would definitely recommend this place to others. The rooms were clean, lovely bathroom, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the view spectacular. I only found it odd that there was no manager to greet us when we arrived, took the personal feel away from what you would expect from a guesthouse / boutique hotel.

Thank you for your review. I am delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. As Im sure you can appreciate how difficult it is to be on duty 24/7 therefore I have an incredible hardworking and dedicated group of staff members that allow me to take off a little time.
