Booked all-inclusive through Olympic Holidays who have been fine in the past. The room and room servicing was acceptable, however, dining was in the adjacent Myrtis Hotel as was the pool and bar, even though the Porto had its own, which were closed! The buffet type food was of an exceedingly limited variety and definitely NOT Greek in character. It... More

Hotel is in good location for the beach and all the Tavernas and shops. We loved Plakias - like old time Greece with all the Tavernas and lovely beach. Was very very windy for 2 days. Affected my eyes and difficult to go on beach as you got sandblasted! Our room was big and bathroom was good even if the... More

Just back from holiday in Porto Plakias hotel. It was a disaster!!!! Paid £2300 pounds for holiday . It was a special occasion for our 25 wedding anniversary. Arrived in hotel 12.30am. Not one person in hotel. Note left at reception. Had just traveled for 12 hours and we were tired. Had to go looking for our room. The first... More

The drop off point is just a few minutes walk to the hotel due to small roads and is well signposted from the beach drop off point. The welcome was very warm with english well spoken so no language barrier. My room was large and well equipped with air conditioning , small fridge, TV, and small safe. The bathroom was... More

Considering that Plakias is in the middle of nowhere, Porto Plakias is a nice accommodation for staying there. The hotel has got clean rooms and a nice bathroom with jacuzzi. The breakfast assortment, sweet and salty is good enough to satisfy any need. A small swimming pool is also available and they also have recently improved the quality of wifi... More

Good Hotel in a quiet location. Only a few minutes walk to the Beach or to town. Rooms with air-condition and TV. The Hotel is mainly prepared for people coming from Eastern Europe. We had all-inclusive which was quite good.

we were very satisfied, the hotel has big rooms (with air conditionair, refrigerator, terasse), was clean. For breakfast (bufet - good choice) you had to go to the next hotel Myrits (one minute from Porto hotel). Five minutes to the hotel restaurant Kri-kri which is situated in the centre of the village. The weather was very hot (for mid-September), about... More

Very good hotel, situated in a quiet location, but only a few minutes walk away from the beautiful bay at Plakias and the shops, restaurants, bars etc. Would recommend rooms on the 3rd floor, as these give the better views - Room 304 does provide views of the sea (even though not advertised as a sea view), and also panoramic... “Rooms on the 3rd floor (top floor)will provide more panoramic views (some with sea views) - lower floors will provide views over neighbouring apartments' gardens/swimming pools. NB: A new building is under construction which blocks views for the balconies of rooms 306, 206, 106 - however the construction has been suspended during the holiday period - therefore no noise/disturbance.”
