Stayed here while visiting Van Buren. The indoor pool is small and the water is rather cool - little or no heating. Close to Interstate exit, yet very quiet at night time. No road noise. Staff is very friendly. Local Covid-19 restrictions ended breakfast bar but they worked around it with "breakfast bags". Numerous restaurants to chose from at this exit.
Is trying to charge 17 extra for a room when we made a reservation for a King Room and they put us in a King Handicapped. We are both mobile and the hand held shower head is hard to use when trying to wash ones hair and upper body. My associate went down to request a regular king and was told all King rooms were handicapped. The manager in question made her initial a paper to move us to a 2 bed room. She charged us 17 extra dollars. I did not authorize this and it was my card, my reservation, and I am a Diamond member of Choice. Today, I saw the extra charge on my card and called the inn. Now I am being told my associate requested a tub which is a blatant lie since neither of us use or ever would use a hotel tub. I hope others who read this go in this hotel with eyes wide open, they are not to be trusted and will charge extra when it is not the customer's fault.…

We stayed here using points from Choice Hotel program. No complaints about this hotel, it is a little ways off the interstate. Check in went well, clerk gave directions for dinner restaurant. Clean, quiet and safe. We have stayed here before and will stay here again. Staff polite and courteous. We recommend.
The room was quite nice. It looked like there was a new shower. I did not like the shower head, it was like needles hitting my skin. I dialed it to different positions, but no luck. This would probably appeal to a tough man's macho skin. The night before we stayed in Hot Springs Comfort Suites and we were checked in in less than a minute. The check in procedure here took forever. I thought the young woman was writing a novel she typed so much on her computer.
