We were first timers for a week's stay here in October, on the strong recommendation from a friend. We were looking for a 'chill out' week, in peaceful surroundings with that extra something gained from a balance of comfort, fine dining yet relaxed atmosphere, a pool to laze by, a nearby beach, local town with a sit and gaze over...

We didn't stay here but ate in the restaurant twice during our recent holiday in Soller, once as a couple, once as a foursome with friends. On both occasions service, food, wine were all of the highest order. Outdoors on the terrace is nicest, unhappily on our second visit it was raining, the indoor dining-room is pleasant but a bit...

My husband chose Hotel Salvia as the place he would most like to celebrate his birthday, based on reviews he found on line. We duly booked, and were not disappointed. The garden setting for Al Fresco dining was just delightful. The staff/owners are friendly and very informative. Everything from pre-dinner drinks to temperature of the wine, food presentation to general...

This is the third time we have stayed here and it was as great as ever. The only slight downside is that the restaurant now opens for lunch five days out of seven to non residents and if you get a noisy group of diners who don't get the vibe of the place the tranquility can be disrupted by loud...

This hotel is beautifully furnished with stunning gardens and pool area. The outside terrace is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner and exudes a feeling of calm and quality. Patrick and Sasha are excellent hosts and have a small team of staff who are a credit to the hotel. The location is ideal, being just a short walk from the...

Our favourite place to stay has always been a good restaurant with comfortable rooms but this is so much more! Hotel Salvia not only has an excellent restaurant but the most beautiful and peaceful location close to the centre of Soller. The views of the Tramuntana mountains from the the logia while having breakfast are simply stunning. Service is professional,...

This is just the greatest place. Don't stay anywhere else in Soller. The grounds are beautiful, elegant and welcoming, good great, rooms terrific. The pool area and seating around are lovely, shaded or sunny as needed, and the restaurant and bar very lovely and refined.

We were made to feel really welcome. The food was some of the best I have eaten anywhere in the world, you will not be...

We are here four times during our stay in Soller (in a rented villa). The food is absolutely wonderful and the setting beautiful. We just about tried everything on the menu! The duck won tons stay in my memory and also the fish of the day and the fish in a Thai'ish coconut sauce. As you can see it is...
