This is a lovely property. I had room 105 on the ground floor. The window faced a courtyard.  If it had faced a public walkway, I would have felt unsafe. The room was large, comfortable with a queen size bed.   Bathroom was well appointed.  a/c is controlled by a switch near the bed.  I did not find the  afternoon reception...

This place is quite something even by parador standards. It is a rebuilt medieval castle on a headland with spectacular 360 views from its ramparts. The building itself is beautiful and it has nice terraces, a pool outside and other spa facilities. It is 10 minutes from the centre of Baiona walking but there are two restaurants on site if...

We went there to sit at the restaurant and enjoy the view. The food we tried was very good and the service very good. The hotel has a wonderful view. The only glitch was when we entered with our car and the man at the door told us to pay 5euro to enter and show us the receipt, if we...

An absolutely sensational Parador (based on the site of an old castle, which was almost completely rebuilt in the 18th century) in a beautiful location at the end of a promontory, with beaches at either side of the start of the promontory. Most of the very comfortable and spacious rooms are in a more modern area of the building. Terrace...

Visited the parador for a lunch. This place is absolutely worth visiting. Great views over the Baiona Bay of which I doubt it is called that way. Due to this unique place this restaurant is off course different from most restaurants when it comes to price. So don't go there for your daily pizza and beer.

3 nights here in September when the views are glorious over the bay. Although built within 16th century castle walls the hotel is modern but grandiose. Request a room with a sea views (and probable surcharge) as internal rooms overlook facilities that could get noisy with weddings and parties. Parking OK but the disabled have to negotiate steps to reception...

This Parador overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and Baiona town. The hotel is spectacularly situated. You walk a 2 KM path around the hotel and coastline. We have stayed in quite s few Paradors and this was the best location. View from the terrace bar was lovely. Beautiful views, small beaches, nice little fishing town (15 minute stroll). We had a...

This place is stunning! We stayed in the royal suite (worth the extra $$$ ). Full view of Baiona and it's just spectacular! The tennis court which is below this room needs some upgrading ASAP. The service and the people are very nice and great buffet for breakfast! Can't wait to stay in that Parador again!

It's location on a peninsular gives it fantastic views. The gardens are well maintained as was our room. It was great to sit in the terrace late afternoon for a drink. The spaciousness of the hotel lends to walking it's corridors and exploring. Certainly at the upper end of the market price wise.

This place has great views. The location is simply unique. The building itself is fantastic and rooms are very good. There are two restaurants. We ate in the one outside by the sea and can recommend it. Breakfest was superb. The prices here aren't low either so you can and should expect alot, too, so that is why I gave...
