This was just a one night stay on a trip north. The house is up a fairly narrow country road about a mile or so outside Jedburgh. It's a lovely place and Sheila and her husband were very welcoming. We had a comfortable four-poster room with its own separate shower room.

What to expect at Hunderlee House? We have stayed before and enjoy a lovely private, peaceful and secluded setting, refreshing to stroll around before breakfast. The accommodation well deserves its five stars, with good sized bedrooms with ensuites and the breakfast is not to be missed with an excellent choice served in a period dining room. The preparation is all...

Stopped here just for the night as we were visiting Jedburgh Sheila greeted us on arrival and showed us to our room and around her home and was very welcoming We were in room 4 which I believe was the smallest of the rooms - however this was adequate and had all the facility's that we could ask for -...

Gorgeous place, warm welcome from Sheila, great breakfast. The furnishings reminded me a lot of staying with family in Edinburgh as a child (same jam spoons!), a proper taste of Scotland. Lots of very well thought out small details, such as a shelf and lit mirror in the smallest bedroom so you're not struggling to do your makeup! En suites...
