We don't like giving negative reviews but feel in a spirit of honesty that we have to. This was the only place in the village to eat, so we went in and found a group of locals at the bar who appeared not to have moved since 1979. We braved it and ordered some food - nobody else was eating...

as a local I highly recommend that you do not visist this pub as the owener has a serious problem towards customers that have an opinion!!!!!!! I food is very very bland, not your usual pub food, not even a steak pie on the menu !!!!!!!! only reason this pub is doing ok is because other two pubs are closed...

This is a very friendly and well presented pub and B&B . We stayed three nights in a family room and the staff could not have been more friendly or polite. The breakfast really set us up for the day exploring this lovely part of the world. I would have no hesitation in returning and/ or recommending The Inn to...

The only other guest was also up but the restaurant...

When we arrived we had been on the road for 6 hours and were exhausted! We walked the dog and then had dinner in the bar. The food was...

Stayed here for one night whilst walking in Scotland. Whilst it is a little "rough and ready" this Inn is the focal point of the village in the evening. There is a small car park at the rear and a Post Office opposite which sells newspapers and food. The staff at the Inn were friendly and helpful to me. I...

My husband & I booked a late rooms deal to the inn, as the weather was too cold for camping on the Easter weekend. We brought our bikes to make the most of the location, which is right on NCN cycle route 7. We arrived on Friday afternoon & had only booked in for 1 night. Our bikes were stored...

Enjoyed my third Hogmanay here. Jill and Steve are great hosts. The service is excellent , the food in the bistro was very good and the atmosphere in the bar very enjoyable. Rooms are good for an Inn.
