We stayed at Barlett Lodge for a couple of nights when our youngest son was attending camp at Pathfinder which is nearby. We had a very enjoyable stay which I would recommend without reservation. You however will need a reservation as the top summer weeks at Barlett Lodge are almost fully booked with regulars that know how to enjoy the...

These were the words I used with Marilyn, the owner, and I think it captures the essence of Bartlett Lodge. I liken it to the Adirondack 'camp' culture of about the 1920s, but with outstanding modern cuisine, authentic to Canada. There is a lot to do in the park and at the end of the day it is the perfect...

As an international business traveller I've had the opportunity to eat in many distinguished restaurants around the world and I have to say Bartlett Lodge is my favourite. You can always count on a great meal and good service. It's my "go to" place for special occasions. Enjoy.

We arrived at Algonquin park early, and got a speedboat within 5 minutes of calling one to get over to Bartlett. We've been there 3 times now, and we are sure to go back again! The cabins are pure luxury, with amazing beds, fully equipped bathrooms, fridges, and in the more expensive cabins, a personal outdoor seating area with a...

Despite distinctly average weather we enjoyed 4 great nights at this lodge. The 5 course evening meals were imaginative and exceptional. The staff could not have been more efficient or friendly. Crossing to the lodge across the lake was fun and we enjoyed canoeing round its shores. Our room was delightfully cosy though the rain was loud upon the roof....

I have friends that like to camp, Algonquin Park is one of the best places to do that in Canada. I am NOT a camper so Bartlett Lodge is as close to camping as they will get me. First of all to get there you have to drive through some of the most breathtaking scenery in Ontario, then leave the...

This was our second trip to bartlett lodge....and it was fantastic. we stayed in the jack pine cottage which was great. The food was some of the best I've ever had. The peace and tranquillity of this place is worth the price! My only bone of contention is their awkward gratuity policy. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and lodges...

Luxury in the back of beyond. We were a bit doubtful due to the varied reviews on Trip Adviser, and having perfect weather made it ideal, but we had a fantastic time and did not regret the booking, expensive but lovely end to our Canadian holiday. Booking and whole staff experience was fine, efficient and friendly, none of the communication...

My husband and I were first time guests at Bartlett Lodge at the end of June. We stayed two nights in the AY Jackson room. The room was lovely, and the screened-in porch is a nice touch. We paddled into Algonquin Park on three occasions using one of the Lodge's canoes. It is so beautiful and peaceful on the lake....

My fiancé and I stayed there just one night at the end of June 2014. She has been there a handful of times before with her family and she wanted me to experience the lodge first hand. They make you feel welcome from the boat ride over to the boat ride back. Our cabin was very clean and accommodating. Where...
