Just back from a 5 day stay at Live Aqua. First off the resort is less than a year old and is really beautiful. With less than 400 rooms it is easy to navigate and very walkable.
The staff for the most part are extremely helpful although knowing basic Spanish is a huge plus.
Yohangel, Yuleisy and Julio at the breakfast buffet were absolutely amazing. These three are a huge asset to the resort and really made our stay more enjoyable with their great service and super friendly personalities.
Overall the food is okay but aside from the Italian Restaurant Sospiro it didn’t wow us. Our dinner at Sospiro was exceptional. A must order is the spinach ricotta sunflowers which are incredibly delicious. The beef fillet was also very tender and quite good.
We had a double garden view room on the top floor in Building 4 which was a perfect location. However there seems to be a problem with the air conditioning in the rooms. Although we set the temperature at 70 degrees, during the night it would increase to 73 and be very hot on one side of the room but the a/c flow by my husbands side of the bed would be very cold. We called to have it fixed but they didn’t do anything to rectify this.
We spent each day relaxing at the beach and walked the beach for miles. The ocean water for January was actually not too cold and there also was not a lot of seaweed even though they raked it each morning.
The entertainment was very good and the band before and after the nightly show was great. Although we were at the beach during the day we didn’t hear a lot of music being played by the pool area. It’s definitely not a party type of hotel and more of a relaxing vibe which is exactly what we wanted.
This is not a 5 star hotel but we did not pay a 5 star price. I think this resort is a great value for what you get and having been to more than a dozen resorts in Punta Cana over the years Live Aqua is one of the nicest. I’ve seen reviews for resorts charging triple the price and people still complain about the food.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional value in a beautiful relaxing setting. There were minor inconveniences but overall we had a great time and would definitely return.

Property's Favourite Review
Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana
This will be a fairly long review and I will try and cover anything that crosses my mind.
We spent two weeks here from 11/6 through 11/20/21.
1. The resort.
Let’s start with this is a Latin branded resort in a Spanish speaking country with a wide array of foreign clientele. (This also not Live Aqua Cancun!!!) We encountered many people from the US, Russia, Germany, Italy, Canada, France, and several other countries. So I would not expect the staff to be totally fluent in your chosen language.
Many of the staff speak great English, some are learning to be more fluent, and some not so good at it, but are also learning. My recommendation is to use one of the translator apps if there is absolutely something that is very important to you so it is not confused in translation! (Drinks with no alcohol, allergies, etc. etc.) you can preload those statements and then there will be no confusion. The staff at this resort are all totally amazing, always happy, and want to do nothing more than to please the guests to make your stay as special as they possibly can.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are impeccably landscaped with beautiful flowers, trees, and plants. The plantings are set up to create a sort of seclusion to swim up rooms and the pools as you walk from location to location. Running down the center of the resort is a 275 yard long flowered archway (give or take a few yards. Had a few drinks before pacing it off). Halfway through the archway is the Wonder Pool bar that has drinks and snack food.
There are four smaller pools, 2 on each side of the resort. These pools are pretty quiet with an assortment of Bali beds that can be rented for the day and plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas. We never had an issue finding just the right spot to spend a lazy day in the pool.
The main pool has 4 Bali beds, 2 on each side that can be rented, and lots of loungers and umbrellas set up. There are seats and tables in the water under the roof overhang by the swim bar that are great to sit at in the heat of the day. This pool is much more active with music, an entertainment crew, games, exercise/yoga groups, and other activities. It does also have quieter times, but if you just want to relax with a book, I would suggest the side pools.
Th beach has some rentable Bali beds and lots of loungers with palm style umbrella huts to relax under while listening to and watching the ocean.
The Miraflores ceviche restaurant lies between the beach and the main pool. This place has great lunch food with views of the pool or ocean while you are eating.
2. Restaurants
One thing to be aware of with the restaurants, is that the servings are generally small portion. You will get used to this and learn to order accordingly. You can order as much or as little as you would like. Unlike other resorts, you can also restaurant hop. Appetizers at one, main course at another, and desert at a third if you so choose.
We had food from every restaurant at least once and most of them a couple of times. This is a very subjective subject and am only giving my opinion to assist if I can.
Also, we never had a bad meal here, just some that we liked more than others and tended to revisit.
There is one buffet style restaurant for break fast. It is set up amazing and has anything you may want. They have egg stations for omelettes, scrambles, and cooked to order eggs. It also has a fourth station, my favorite, the chilaquiles station that they make fresh for you.
They have areas of the buffet that serve many cultural styles. From meats and cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, vegetarian items, Latin flare, American flare, and so on. There is fresh fruit stations, many juices, fresh made smoothies, all the way done to cereal if you would like it. If you can’t find something good to eat here, I would be extremely amazed.
Besides the juices here, they are happy to bring you endless Mimosas and terrific Dominican coffee.
SEISHIN:
We did the Hibachi table twice here and the front menu restaurant once. The chicken, beef, and shrimp from the hibachi was all very good. The beef at every restaurant is some of the most tender that I have had anywhere in the world.
The front side we both did sushi and pad tai octopus. We both enjoyed it.
SOSPIRO:
We visited this restaurant more than once and for one main reason, the spinach ricotta sunflowers ordered with the shrimp sauce!!! Absolutely amazing!!!
The chicken cannelloni was great and so was the sliced beef steak. For desert, you can’t go wrong with the crepe.
ATL:
The quesadilla and octopus toast was good for starters and the beef flank steak tacos and pork meat tacos were pretty good. (The pork meat tacos are pretty spicy just as FYI). The three milk cake was very good as well were the churros.
Chez Rose:
The onion soup and the smoked salmon are amazing starters. The file de boeuf is so tender, perfectly cooked, and melt in your mouth good! The coq au vin was also pretty good. We really enjoyed the creme brûlée for desert. I have had much worse at Italian restaurants.
Lunch places:
HUZER:
The shawarma was a good starter and my favorite here was the rice from the sea. The roasted chicken was also very good here. We did not have deserts here and did not eat here often….we were usually by the pool or I was on the ceviche.
Miraflores:
The shrimp aguachile was good, but by far my favorite ceviche was the Yucatán ceviche!
The gobernador and the Rosarito fish tacos were very good and our favorites from here along with the fried calamari.
The cheese cake was a great desert from here.
WONDERPOOL:
The beef and chicken burritos we really good as well as the chicken burger.
One thing that is really nice is that you can order for this place with your poolside server and they will bring it right to your lounger, or if desired to the edge of the pool.
ROOM SERVICE:
We only did room service one night.
The penne rigate with smoked salmon was amazing and the Caesar wrap was really good as well.
COMPTON ST.:
This is the bar and great for appetizers. The octopus was terrific. The surprising thing to us here was the pizza!!! We had pizza a few times and it is surprisingly good. We would usually do this after a day of excursions and didn’t necessarily feel like getting too spiffed up for one of the restaurants.
COFFEE SHOP:
You can get various types of coffees, lattes, frappes, teas, here as well as assorted donuts, pastries, and mini snacks here. They also have great ice cream and will make amazing milk shakes.
3. The room.
Our room was amazing. They are very clean and the maid service comes through a couple times and day and a turndown service on top of that. The room had plenty of closet space, bench areas for bags, and storage place with drawers. There was a dining table, a couch with a tv in front in the front room. The bedroom had a king bed and a tv on the wall.
The shower is large with a raindrop as well as a hand wand. (Warning, the hand wand comes on automatically when the shower is off. Be sure to point it away from you when you turn the shower on, or you WILL get a surprise!!! LOL)
There are great amenities, soaps, gels, lotions, shampoos, shave kits, sewing kit etc. etc. etc. It was nice and everything you need is there.
There is a blow dryer, an ironing board and iron, and other things of the sort in the room.
WiFi was excellent in the room as well as all over the entire resort.
The deck had a day bed, a jacuzzi tub, two chairs and a table. We spent a lot of time sitting out reading and enjoying the view of the ocean. We also had a rooftop with a daybed, two loungers, and two chairs with a table. This was a great place to be in the mornings and evenings. It got a bit too hot during the heat of the day to be up there, but the view was astonishing from the top.
A nice feature of the room is that there is a hidden door to place room service in for them to pick up. Another one is that they have a switch that turns a do not disturb light on outside your room instead of a door hanger.
One major piece of information!!! On the digital heat control panel is the master room light control. If it is blue, the room lights will turn on automatically if you go to use the restroom, get a drink of water, ROLL OVER, etc. etc. Turn that to red and they will not do that. You will be much happier and will sleep much better.
A couple things that are definitely not deal breakers for the resort and rooms, but that I personally think would be nice little changes for convenience and comfort.
1. Having key code wrist bands instead of having to keep track of a key card.
2. It would be nice to have towel/wet bathing suit hangers on the inside of the shower door.
3. It would be nice to have a retractable clothes line on the deck.
4. It would be nice to have handles on the outside of the sliding doors to the balcony. (The doors have to be shut for the AC to work and can be challenging to open from the outside. Especially if you have sunscreen on you hands.)
5. It would be nice to have a bookshelf in the lobby for a “take a book/leave a book” area. (I burnt through two books and luckily a kind lady left a third one for me to read).
6. It would be nice to have a table for people to leave items that they do not want to take home like sunscreen and lotions that others can use if they run out.
Final thoughts and advice before personal thanks to many staff members.
This is an absolutely beautiful resort to go and relax with a small amount of higher energy activities. It is not a major party resort, but you could have a great time. I chose to come here to relax after a major family loss and to try to get my mental health back together. I made the right choice, feel much better, and made some new friends from all over as well as staff. It was a trip to remember by all means.
The one thing that I highly recommend everyone do while they are here is to get up early in the morning, go to the beach, and watch the spectacular sunrise!!! It is breathtaking and makes for some great pictures.
The sea grass was not an issue while we were here. The water is warm and swimmable. There is a wave break at the beach directly in front of the resort, but if you go a bit to the right there is a more gradual slope and milder wave break.
Drinks can be a bit inconsistent, I drink beer so had no problem, but others with me found that some drinks were stronger to much stronger depending on the bartender. They were never bad, but if you had a light pouring bartender, they would just order an extra shot to mix in.
You can bring your own mug. This was great! Bring a yeti or rtic thermal and they will fill them for you. Your drinks stay cold much longer. Also, unless you like paper straws, bring your own!!!
Now the fun part. Expressing my gratitude for a multitude of the staff members who were a very large part of making this trip amazing. I am going to try and get as many as I can remember in here and I apologize for anyone that I didn’t get your name. There is a lot of people working very hard at this resort and it is difficult to get them all down to write this.
All of them work different locations throughout the day, so the ones I know for sure I will note.
Yohangel from the breakfast buffet and Miraflores.
Jhoan from breakfast and HUZER
Jerry (my brother:-)) from HUZER
David from the breakfast buffet. That’s for the service and making my friend feel special!
Jhulie from the breakfast buffet.
Bangel from the breakfast buffet and making me amazing chilaqulies for many days.
Christain for making amazing omelettes.
Julio severing us at many different restaurants.
Jose x 10 ;-). There are a lot of Jose’s at the resort and they are all terrific. Jose at the swim up bar is one you will for sure get see a lot and is an amazing, funny, and great person to find.
Penelope from the coffee bar.
Leidy from the entertainment staff.
Angel from poolside and beach.
Flora from poolside and beach.
Angelica from poolside and beach.
Now last and surely not least.
Erika from poolside. Erika is absolutely amazing and I highly suggest that you find her if going to the resort. She had refills to us before we were halfway through our drinks, would bring food to us at poolside, was very attentive, and was just a great person in all. We will miss her and we’re grateful to become her friend.

I just got back from Live Aqua Punta Cana with my mom and sister. This resort (especially the rooms/bathroom) is a little more geared towards couples, but we still had the BEST time going as a family. The resort is absolutely pristine with everything clean, modern and beautiful. The resort felt elegant and modern without being pretentious or stuffy.
The food was all excellent and very good quality. We were never hungry on this trip. Even though the portions are a little smaller, this is perfect because it lets you try more things, and it is all delicious! The drinks were a little weak, but the staff was happy to make it stronger upon request and they are also happy to give you a drink neat or a shot.
The beach was also really nice and so convenient being just steps from your room. We did not spend as much time at the pool, as we prefer the ocean, but the pools are all beautiful as well.
There was nightly entertainment that was a lot of fun, and then there is a DJ and dancing at the beachfront bar which was great.
We were required to get COVID testing to return to the US, and Live Aqua made it so easy by providing a free covid swab that you get in the lobby. The test was done quickly, and we received the results via email in about an hour.
I was also extremely impressed with the COVID precautions carried out by the staff. Every single staff member was wearing a mask (in the Caribbean heat!) and wearing it properly. We felt extremely safe.
What really made this a remarkable experience was the staff! Every single person there was so kind, helpful and made us feel right at home.
Special shout out to Dawar who was so sweet and always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Wilson was also great and friendly and made it a point to talk to my family and I each night and make us feel at home.
Also very special shout out to the bartender Esthela!!!! Best bartender ever and she deserves so much praise. She was so fun and was always looking out for me and my family. As soon as our drinks were low, Esthela would come by with fresh drinks for us without us even having to look for her. She was so awesome and made our stay 100 times better.
All in all we had an absolutely perfect trip. I would not change a single thing, truly. The resort was beautiful, the beach pristine, the food and drinks were delicious, and most notably the staff was incredible. I always thought I was not much of a "resort person," but Live Aqua has changed my mind.

Service is good, some servers need/must learn English.
The manager Francisco is EXCELLENT! He knows how to do proper management.
Concierge also very attentive, I reported a lost item and it was returned to me next day!
Entertainment still needs to improve, more shows required daily.
Food/restaurants are good quality and good choices, but sometimes there was too much salt.
At buffet and restaurants, the staff is slow because there is staff shortage.
Buffet should also open up for dinner.
Rooms and daily cleaning is also on point, but sometimes the right items were not being filled in the room, like minibar snacks and body lotion.
MOST IMPORTANT reason why this will not be 10 or might go below 8 is the beach! Resort must team up with neighbouring resorts and start cleaning the beach of seaweed. Take big machines to pull seaweed out of water and then rake it out from the sand. This is the only way. I hope they take this as biggest suggestion. We are seasoned vacationers and we have been to many Royalton resorts, in order for Live Aqua to compete with Royalton, the beach needs to improve. We will probably not return unless we can actively use the beach.
Overall all the decor, layout, pools, etc is very pleasing to look at.

First impressions were amazing and very delightful! The lobby area is very beautiful and gives you a relaxing, spa vibe! We were greeted immediately and brought to the Aqua Lounge for check-in. We were able to get drinks and snacks upon arrival and the check-in process was a breeze! We were promptly brought to our room and the Aqua Swim Up room was very nice!
The resort overall is very clean and very modern. The staff made us feel very welcome throughout the entire stay!
Food is very subjective, so I won’t dive too deep into that, but I will say we weren’t disappointed. I enjoyed food at all restaurants and I received good service during each meal. Shout out to Jeremias and Noella, their friendly service at ATL was above and beyond.
We felt the beach area was well-maintained and it was beautiful, despite a little seaweed (nobody can help that). We feel the need to give a huge shoutout to Melvin, as he relished every opportunity to allow us to enjoy our vacation and not have to chase down drinks or food. Melvin is a prime example of what customer service truly should be!
At night, I could not stay away from The Strainer Bar in the lobby, because the drink service was top notch! Manuel took his time to ensure our drinks were exactly as ordered and proved to us that he valued quality over quantity! Best Bloody Caesars I’ve ever had came from his attention to detail.
We thought the spa services were very expensive, but we did get an 80 minute massage and it was worth every penny!
Why only a 4 star rating? I had to ask multiple times to get my fridge stocked after three days had gone by without service. During our entire stay, the floors in the room were never swept or cleaned…the amount of sand on the floor was ridiculous. During the very end of our stay I had to ask the Aqua Lounge repeatedly to get a bell hop to our room. Other than that, no complaints.
In summary, not only would I return to this resort, but I would highly recommend it to others.

The Design of the Hotel and rooms is/are fantastic. The Rooms are perfect and clean with stylish balconies with jetted tub. With a hard mattress. Enough water in the Showers and Molton Brown bodywash and shampoo. Sometimes the Minibar was not refilled. And so we must call the room service. The room has a Hairdryer, Bathrobes, Minibar, Espresso machine, weighing scale and enough stowage in the Cupboards.
The staff all over the Hotel is always extremely friendly and helpfull. Really fantastic! Sometimes over the Top. :)
The Food is very good. Especially the French and Japanese/Chinese Restaurant.
Bizarrely the Italian Restaurant was the worse one. Although the Italian Kitchen with Pasta and Pizza is so tasty and easy to cook. :)
The Variety of Vegetarian Food is overall not really good and outdated and must be definitely improved. By the way more salads!
The Beach and Sea is beautiful. Because of the wind always with some waves - what we liked very much to do some little Bodysurfing.
There were not enough Sunbeds at the beach. I think because of Corona.
So that we had to reserve the sundbeds in the morning.
Because of the low number of Corona infections in the Dominican Republic at the moment the Hotel could put more sunbeds to the beach now. And the hotel must definitely install bathhouses at the beach. Because at the moment you have to change your wet swimwear in the Restrooms - which is not really perfect for a 5 Star Hotel.
There are many Cabanas ( Sunbeds for Two ) around the Pool and Beach. But with USD 110,00 for a day much too expensive.
And be careful regarding the currency exchange rates.
Everything were offered in USD and than later charged in Dominican Pesos. And so the prices were always regarding the conversion charges 8 - 10 % higher in price than offered in USD.
Overall we had a wonderful and enjoyable hotel and will definitely come again.
Thanks for all.

7 night stay, sat thru sat. Most of our time there was damn near perfect! The staff treated us so well we got to know many. Once Fri afternoon hit there was an influx of guests for “Holy Week” we assume and the last 2 days were just ok.
At breakfast almost each day Salvador, Yohangel, and Yuleisy took very good care of us! They were fun, attentive and overly accommodating! I would highly recommend you ask to sit in their section! And tip them too!
Ana was the hostess with the mostest! She greeted us with open arms at breakfast and lunch. She was so super friendly and would ensure we had a good seat at lunch each time, remembering our arrival, because she cared!
We were lucky enough to also get to know Jose, Yulianna and Christian at ATL (Mexican). They were again super accommodating and aimed to please.
The grounds and layout of the resort are breathtaking! We loved the option of a quiet pool or party pool. The beach was pristine and the water was gorgeous with awesome waves! Room was clean and we loved the large balcony with the huge jet tub. Fyi - the AC in the room senses your absence and shuts off when you are not there.
There was plenty of activities if that is what you want to do. We ordered room service one day, ordered water for our room and needed our sink unclogged all which was done in a speedy manner. The entertainment at night was great! Each night they had music playing prior to and after the shows. The fire show and Michael Jackson were our favorites.
Food was DELISH. no reservations for dinners which we LOVED. Hibachi was our fav for dinner. Miraflores was our fav for lunch. WonderPool Bar had the best bartender. We enjoyed the coffee shop and frequented it often for a variety of coffees, ice cream or snacks. They had plenty of staff on to ensure you were well taken care of.
Once Friday afternoon hit it was like a 360. There were so many guests we almost felt lost in the crowd. The guests were loud, rude and lacking common courtesy not only to other guests but to staff as well. Clearly not the resorts fault but it staled our experience. It seemed as if they overwhelmed the staff as well. We ordered champagne Friday night for the room and we had to call room service 3 different times and waited over an hour and 1/2. We also called for a bell boy Sat am for our bags but no one showed. Again I think they may have been overwhelmed.

The resort is wonderful with a modern design, contemporary furnishings, multiple fountains and jets on their multiple pools. They have an amazing arbor walkway with gorgeous purple flowers dripping down; which apparently bloom all year. Different kinds of flowers were planted throughout the resort. I saw several hummingbirds going from flower to flower.
The rooms are very large with extra large shower, two shower heads, great chocolate soap-bar, mini-bar and also a large balcony. We had a garden view room, which also had a large jacuzzi tub in the balcony. I believe that all the rooms have this large jacuzzi. They have a nice aromatherapy essential oil bamboo sticks in the bathroom, which made everything smell nice; espresso coffee machine in the room with coffee PODS and Bathrobes in the closet to use. Nice plastic wicker looking beach bags to use while in the resort; which were a nice plus to use!
Capuccino at the coffee shop, but also available at all the restaurants by asking the waiters. The salads were all extra fresh and tasty. The main meals were varied but not overly outstanding, some of the fish and some meat was chewy.
An evening live band with very talented musicians (instrumental) was very enjoyable.
Relaxing beach chairs under the Palapa in front of ocean provided a wonderful breeze daily and hearing of the ocean waves away from music made it exquisite (side note we came during the time of sea weeds but this really didn’t take away from this relaxing atmosphere); There is a pool with loud music if that’s what you like, but there are plenty of other places that are quiet and provide a very relaxing atmosphere to read books or just relax with spa music in the background (coming from the rock speakers that are located throughout the gardens). Hydrotherapy Jets in the long pools; soothing jazz by the outside tables of the coffee bar and really relaxing instrumental music for breakfast. Breakfast is magnificent; green smoothies just like we like them with substance, plus plenty of other fresh fruit juices; fresh fruit like papaya/mango/guayaba/etc and yogurts; etc. Excellent coconut grouper w tomato sause at the ALT restaurant for lunch, which serves local Dominican food daily. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and hope to return in the future.

I have stayed in many resorts and hotels but I have never felt the need to write a review until now! Wow, Live Aqua, where do we even begin?
The hospitality and staff alone deserve a 5+ rating… never did we not pass a staff member who didn’t greet us with a friendly hello or ask us if there was anything we needed. I would visit this resort again just to be around the people who are running the place, we will be very sad to say goodbye.
It is the little things with this resort, whether it is the umbrellas stations throughout the hotel to keep you dry or the housekeeping crew that comes and makes your bed for you twice a day to ensure your room is always in its best shape, we always felt so special and well taken care of.
Big food people here and the food did not disappoint, we will miss Mira Flores lunches every day with the freshest of ceviche and the yummiest fish tacos I’ve tasted in a long time. Big shout out to Chef Samuel who worked with me to created dishes off menu when I was having very specific cravings, you went above and beyond your job all while wearing a smile on your face!
The resort is large enough that you will never have to fight for the perfect pool or beach spot but small enough you are not exhausted or overwhelmed while walking from the main building to the beach. At times it was so quiet I felt like I was completely by myself, which is sooo peaceful and necessary when you’re here to relax and take a break.
All in all I have nothing but amazing things to say about this resort! We hear that there will be a Tulum resort coming soon which we will definitely visit if it has the Live Aqua name behind it.
Thank you for the most incredible trip Live Aqua, we are truly speechless.

I want to start off by saying that I would like to see Live Aqua and affiliated resorts install carbon monoxide detectors in every room to ensure the safety of their guests. With carbon monoxide deaths increasing in other vacation destinations this should be at the forefront of every resort and hotel.
At Live Aqua the rooms were clean and up to date. They worked hard to keep the seaweed under control at the beach. It worked bc there was very little seaweed in the water and in the beach. Every bathroom was clean and in order even the pool/ beach bathroom was cleaned at least twice a day or more. They kept the resort smelling wonderful. The drinks needed a little more alcohol in them, but when asked they added more. The food was just okay at most restaurants. I’d say they need to improve on their breakfast options and the grade of their beef. Most steak at the restaurant were chewy. If you stick with chicken or pork you will find more food items that you like.
Food
Hibachi Restaurant: Best all around food. The steak, chicken, shrimp, and rice was delicious! Sushi there was just okay.
Mira Flores: Best seafood options! Ceviche was amazing! I ate the Salmon toast at least 3 times there for lunch during my stay. The lemon pie was the best dessert on the resort.
Mediterranean Restaurant : Best greek salad.
Italian Restaurant : Had great chicken cannelloni and egg Parmesan
VIP lounge: great snacks and drinks
Mexican Restaurant: Add chicken to the quesadilla and it makes a big difference. The pork taco was also good.
I enjoyed the room key bracelets.
Other suggestions:
1. Carbon monoxide detectors in every room.
2. Please take off and wash the outside patio furniture lounge padding in rooms and on beach. Or replace. Some of them looked unsanitary. I’ve been to resorts where they were washed every night.
3. Add brighter lights to outside walk way paths.
4. Some Jacuzzi tubs and swim up pool need to be replaced, cleaned, and serviced in rooms.
5. Mini refrigerators need to be replaced or serviced. The one in my room was not cold.
6. A retractable line on the patio to dry wet swim wear on.

Contact the hotel direct and see what they suggest? We stayed in a standard room and were very happy with it, booked through Tui, definitely not cheap and nasty, however we don't bother with private/swimup rooms. The Aqua Club has more wrap round and there are some fancy suites with pools as well as quite a few swim up rooms.
There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, and other various toiletries in all the rooms. The shower supplies are Molton Brown products and are very nice.
There is no 24 hour bar at this resort, Punta cana.
