I can't say enough about the excellent service provided by everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping. We stayed here for 3 months (work) and will definitely stay again. Loved it and will strongly recommend.

Stayed here on business for two weeks. The is a mature property but well maintained, for the most part. Staff responsive. Rooms laid out well and comfortable. WiFi is spotty. Good location and easy to get on and off the freeway.

We stayed in a 2 BR suite, their largest accommodation. The room and the poperty were all surface "clean" but bone dirty and worn -- grime worn into light switches, walls, door frames, carpet, and we suspected both cigarettes and animals had been in the room at some point. Business efficiencies were unfortunate minor irks, such as non-functional motion detecting...

Thank you for your recent stay with us. I am sorry that other guests prevented you from having a great stay. The policy in place is for indoor areas and they are non- smoking, but areas outside in the grass, walk ways are open outdoor areas and unfortunately, it appears as the people smoking did not feel for others who...

I was in a 2nd floor unit. I complained to the front desk clerk that there were 11 kids congregated and screaming at each other at the foot of my steps. Also, there was something on the steps that caused me to trip while walking up them. I scraped my knee, twisted my ankle, and hurt my toe. I was...

As compared to other Marriott properties, my expectations were higher than what was observed at this Residence Inn location in Bakersfield. Here's what I noticed: No Manager at Manager's reception. Supposedly a grill-out evening but, we had meatballs instead. Room itself was smelly, so I bought some air freshener in order to sleep there. Toilet was so weak and slow,...
