This is our eigth time to Indonesia on a diving holiday so we pretty much know what to expect. Unfortunately we have to agree with some of the other reviewers here that although the island is beautiful, well run and the staff are great the owner Anke came across as extremely rude. It all started on my first dive when... More

First, the place: amazing!! The view is breathtaking. You can just sit, be quiet, enjoying the great view, the quietness and the wind. Second, the people. This place is full with happy people. Laughing, joking and singing all the time. I love the habit that everybody at Blue Bay standing on the beach, greeting the guests when we arrive and... More

Thank you again to everybody from Blue Bay Divers. We had a great time, everything was very well organized. And everyone was so friendly and helpful. The diving was a nice mixture between walls, sandy bottoms and coral gardens. Loads of fish and for us, loads of small stuff! We had almost on every dive a boxer crab. Lots of... More

On our sunshine trip colourful dive spots at halmahera, schools of barracudas, some sharks and mantas as well as small things for the macro lense... what else do you want more for dive sites?! A paradise of an island and very friendly staff from the dive resort to be mentioned as important plus. Thanks to all for the great time!

This is the first time I have ever written comments to Trip Advisor. But, I am compelled to write this time because I need to share my fantastic experiences I just had at Blue Bay Divers in Indonesia. I have been diving there since 2004 with Anke, Salmon (the owners) and their wonderful staff. It just keeps getting better every... More

A friend and I recently experienced Blue Bay Divers at Bangka Island, and their Sunshine Livaboard ship, cruising to North Sulawesi Indonesia for scuba diving. I will admit, for Americans this is a long trip, but it is well worth the effort!. European divers are already aware of Blue Bay Divers. They exceeded my expectations! On the Island they have...
