I stayed here on Easter weekend in a suite. The suites have a unblocked view of the lake. It's a pretty view. Our room was a good size with the bed area elevated and the sitting area down below. There was also a small outdoor sitting area to enjoy the view. The room had a musty smell and the decorations...

The safety door for the ladder to the loft area had no closing mechanism. The screen in the loft space window was broken. And there was a dangerous fishing hook on the patio deck. As for general hospitality, I didn't expect too much from the kitchen, but some paper towels and a packet of salt would have made a big...

We were in a one bedroom chalet with a fireplace and it was nice, especially with the rainy weather. I did call a few times to ask questions about the resort and the clerk was extremely helpful. She suggested we bring everything, basically treat the kitchen as if we were camping. Our grand plans to BBQ, hike, and enjoy the...

Great accommodations and right on the shuttle to beaver creek skiing! Not as impressed with the restaurant as everyone else was though since the food was good but not great, especially breakfast. Nice relaxing pool area. Sauna was broken and they said it would be fixed but it wasn't done by time our trip was done.

Wonderful resort. Our chalet was like a log cabin out of a movie and was very cute. There was a downstairs bedroom with 2 beds a tv and bathroom and the room upstairs was the lounge and kitchen although the lounge had a fold out sofa to make a third bed. The kitchen was spacious enough and the balcony had...

I have been to Pines Resort for my business treip on Mar 21 to Mar 24, 2017. I enjoyed beautiful sightseeing of Yosemiti Park with gorgeous customer services of Pines Resort. Especially I had fresh filetmignon at restaurant. If I am able to have time with my family, it will be my great pleasure for family gathering.

We booked this at the very last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The location is stunning, the staff were helpful and the chalet was perfect for its rustic setting. On-site facilities were good, even though it was very early in the season.

Before I went I read that the bedroom is down stairs. The stairs are steep so you are holding onto the railing and the wall going down to the bedroom. The kitchen has a couple pots and pans and plates. Like some of the other reviews stated you need to bring everything with you. Just like you would out camping....

Dear Chuck W. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are currently updating the heater and A/C units in all our chalets which will get rid of the base board heaters. Our chalets do get maid service on the 4th morning of each guests stay as its not a typical hotel room type; guests are...

This is a great lodge style resort, and the chalets are comfortable, spacious, fireplaces, and have ultra quiet heating and cooling systems. The staff is terrific! We had a problem with the 2 bedroom chalet we booked (burst pipe), and the staff gave us two adjoining chalet suites without us having to ask for them. It was the perfect solution,...

Hi Kevan, We are pleased that our staff was able to accommodate you in alternative rooms due to the maintenance issue with the pipes. We are glad this didn't deter you from enjoying the rest of your stay and we look forward to your return! Best Wishes, April Hopkins

I had the most amazing time at the Pines Resort. Check in was so easy and the woman was so polite... I upgrades the room, so my partner was surprised with roses, chocolate covered strawberries, and a turn down service with rose pedals! I had high expectations because of how expensive the services were, but they over did it!!! The...

Hi Raha I, We are pleased to here that our recent stay with us was a wonderful experience and that our staff went above and beyond your expectations! You are correct that not all of our chalets have fireplaces and recommend our guests to make a request upon booking their reservation. Our maintenance staff does their best to fix any...
