It is technically in Beverly Hills; but it's basically West Hollywood. The place looks nice but when you look a little harder you notice things like the soap scum on the shower head and the stains on the carpet. I didn't understand the billing nor could anyone tell me what was what. The morning breakfast is all grains and carbs....

We pride ourselves on our service, location and value. At the end of the day we are we are, a small chic Hotel in Beverly Hills adjacent to West Hollywood. By no means are we a luxury hotel nor do we advertised as such, however we do pride ourselves on providing service equivalent to any luxury hotel. Our complimentary continental...

We were here for 3 nights and really liked the hotel, the staff couldn't do enough for us, they are so helpful. Great location for walking to Melrose Ave, Rodeo Drive and Sunset Boulevard. Local bus no 4 is great if you don't mind using public transport in Los Angeles Restaurant is good and breakfast lovely and fresh although I...

The hotel was clean and cute. It is a busy road but road noise was not a problem. However, our room was next to the lobby so we were woken by the early morning commotion. The highlight of our stay was the quaint restaurant attached. Gracious service and good food! I would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

The only reason I didn't say Excellent is because I could hear other people in my room at time. The staff was excellent, very positive, helpful and professional. The location was great for what I wanted at the last minute, bit noisy at first but it posed no problem when I slept. So close to Melrose and within walking distance...

Really nice and quaint hotel in Beverly Hills. The staff was always very professional, friendly and welcoming. Chocolate cookies were waiting for us in the room and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Our room was next to reception so it was very noisy! Room was tiny with no wardrobe! It was right on the street so if you wanted any privacy you had to close your curtains! We had 2 different vans/cars pull up under our window & of course they looked in

We pride ourselves on our accommodations, we go through great lengths to ensure guests are well-informed before making a reservation. We do so by adding the room size and amenities our website and others, thus giving guests the best information to make an educated decision. Overall, this was a decent hotel. It's relatively clean, has a vintage atmosphere, and it's hard to beat the price in Beverly Hills. However, I was shocked to find it was missing several basic privacy features. For example, our room had a big window in the bathroom, and there wasn't even a curtain over it; just a transparent shade. We...

Thank you so much for your review, Reading your experience is traveling especially since so many of our guests inform us of how well appointed our accommodations are. All of our windows have curtains, black out curtains to be exact. We do not want any of our guests to feel uncomfortable, or to feel that their safety might be in...

The service was great and the staff was phenomenal. However, the room was very small and uncomfortable. One would expect a better room for the cost per day which was extremely high. On the plus side, the location was excellent.

Thank you so much for your review, unfortunate read that some areas of our hotel did not live up to your expectations. Our rooms are indeed "cozy and chic", but this is something that we are not shy about. We make known the exact sizes of all of our rooms on our websites and before any guest books a reservation,...

Great staff. Great atmosphere. The continental breakfasts were high quality and full of variety. I loved the lush inner courtyard, full of plants and inviting seating areas. The room, 48,was small but had lots of spaces to keep organized. Valet parking was efficient and accommodating. Walking from the hotel to Rodeo drive was a pleasure. Quiet streets with beautiful gardens...

The hotel is cozy and very well located for sightseeing in Los Angeles. Two major problems have affected our stay: The constant noise in the garden facing our room by other guests late at night and early in the morning, and the low quality dinner available at the restaurant in the hotel.

Thank you so much for your review, is unfortunate that you did not have the same experience as too many of our guests do. Our hotel as you know is very small, consisting of 39 guest rooms. Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighbourhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
