Our family stayed at the resort in March 2011. The cabins had everything you could need. They had a full size frig, stove, microwave (for the popcorn) pots and pans, utensils, cups and plates, bed linens and towels. We stayed in a two stroy two bedroom and had plenty of space. The Manager was very nice and greeted us with...

My first stay at bear creek was for 4th of July weekend of 2010. I blindly booked online hoping it would be ok. When we arrived, we were greeted by an amazing friendly staff that showered us with welcomes, Bear Creek T-shirts and bottles of wine! Our check in was fast and easy. When we opened our lodge door, we...

My husband and I went to a family Easter egg hunt and stayed at the Bear Creek Spa and Resort. What a lovely place for us to stay. I want to bring my family from back east out to see just how beautiful Big Bear, Ca. is and to stay at Bear Creek Spa which is just a little touch...

We found this Resort when we were looking for a place to use a gift certificate. We selected a unit with two bedrooms (Unit 2) so our daughter and us (my wife and I) could have separate bedrooms. It was nice, although the slanted ceilings in the bedrooms (both are upstairs), which conform to the roof line, are fairly low,...

We had a great time, we have 2 kids, 2 and 4 and everyone that worked there was so friendly and helpful. The cabin we stayed in, which they all are, so clean and everything seemed so new. We had a great time and will definately return!! Great breakfast too! :)

This is one of the best options for lodging in the area. Less than ten minutes to Moon Ridge even less to Snow Summit. Close to the main part of town and new. Very friendly staff, clean and neat cabins at a decent price. We'll be back again!!!

We came up with friends and family, and stayed in the Presidential Suite. There were 9 of us and it was spectacular! Cozy fireplaces, rooms to be together and apart; huge kitchen for great dinners around a table for 10, and hot cocoa on the patio wrapped in warm blankets at night. The little market right across the street was...

We had a great weekend stay. It was snowy and cold outside, so we stayed in and warmed up by the fireplace. It was within walking distance (even in a small snow storm) to a great mexican rest. Loved it!! Can't wait to go back and bring the kids!

We rolled into town at the last minute and didn't know where to stay. We drove around and saw these cute little cabins. They had that classy, cozy touch. We walked into the warm lobby and fell in love with the ambiance. Slate tile floors, granite counter tops, oversized comfy mountain furniture. The cabins are spacious and enviting. The beds...

“Do not get cabin #1, it may be the cheapest but it is attached to #2 & #3, and you can hear everything in the adjoining rooms. Plus it is on the side of the Highway, with all the car noise.”

“There's only one room near their tall office building, which is Cabin 15 and which is the one they gave us. Chances are you won't get that room.”

“Staff is very knowledgeable about how many people can fit into each cabin comfortably. Don't try to fit in more than recommended.”

“We had cabin 14 and it was perfect for the 5 adults and 4 kids. Only one bathroom but we made it work for the weekend. We made a nice fire and stayed up until 12:30 talking. A TV upstairs for the kids would be nice so we can actually talk without the blare of the TV. Kitchen was good for making coffee and breakfast in the morning but wouldn't attempt to cook dinner, too small and limited utensils, cups, forks etc.”
