We arrived at the Motel and when we pulled in all we saw was a dilapidated old Motel with overgrown, unkempt weeds and shrubbery everywhere, peeling paint, broken boards, and a pool and spa filled with dirt and weeds. When we walked in to the lobby to check in we noticed the flooring underneath the carpet bent down in a...

Pros: excellent location. Bowling alley across the street. Cons: Noise from highway. Noise from other rooms. Terrible parking. Stayed one Saturday night. It was the lowest price in Big Bear at $80. The next property cost wise was $30-40 more. The room was clean, long and narrow, and not so bad as some of these reviews would suggest. The beds...

My wife booked us here for our anniversary. We walked into the lobby which was like a cave in the Himalayan mountains...freezing and dirty. We went to check out the room and saw broken windows, broken ceiling fan, Yellow sheets and pillows, creaking floors, disgusting carpet stains, the shower had yellow stains and was leaking like a bad STD, and...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. When we got there we were greeted by a pool filled with weeds...not a couple weeds an entire pool filled with 10 foot tall weeds! The front desk then told us none of the rooms have air conditioning "so we know what we are in for." Which we weren't too concerned...

I would stay anywhere but here! The rooms smell (and we looked at 8). They were dirty, no AC, no fans. Many windows did not have screens. Property was very old with NO updates at all. Parking was also limited by lobby. There are other options in Big Bear...find one!

This place is a complete dump. I'm sure the owners probably bought this hotel from previous people just gave up on it. It's easy to tell from the outside that the owners could care less about what this place looks like. They even filled the pool pool with dirt and planted a tree in the middle of the spa. They...

Where can I begin? First there was no onsite management. Not telephone to dial "help mr. wizard get me oiut of here" I was traveling with my 11 yo son and we arrived late. First, the beds looked clean, but clearly the hotel was run down, but I decided not to drag my son around town finding another hotel. The...

Prior to my arrival in Big Bear Lake I looked for a relatively low priced motel. I found none. But I found the Knight’s Inn to be the least expensive. I booked my room by phone and the front desk person reminded me that if I don’t cancel by such and such time it cannot be cancelled. Once I arrived...

I booked this room for my son who was celebrating his 19th birthday with his friend and they wanted to go skiing in Snow Valley. I booked this room through Hotels.com. I had called a week before to make sure my son was able to check in and to advise he was going to be skiing and needed a room...
