A lovely stay with Derek and Teresa, they are really helpful and friendly to us! Enjoyed the county view in few brilliant sunshine days and delicious breakfast. Very spacious yard for car parking, excellent restaurant nearby, close to the lake. Had everything we wanted. Cheers Tao

Stayed with Teresa one night, breakfast is excellent and the brown bread is amazing. What we noticed was the little extras around the room, bottles of water, ironing board outside the door, hot water bottles in the wardrobe. The house is beautiful and the only fault I can find is that the rooms could do with a little upgrading and...

The owner and host Teresa is very kind and welcoming. She went out of her way to provide gluten free food and non dairy milk. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms very comfortable and I would highly recommend it. Beautiful quiet location.

We spent one night with Teresa and Derek. THe last night of our world tour of Munster and Connaught. THe house is spacious and modern and the room we were in upstairs was spacious and spotlessly clean. A spacious bathroom and shower also. I like the chair just to sit in and peruse my road map. The bed was very...

I came to Co. Clare, like so many Americans of Irish extraction (Mother's mother and her parents were from Clare) to try and understand more about my roots. For me a big part of this was to understand the people and the places they would have known. I love to hike, and the East Clare Way provided a great starting...

We first visited Clareville House in 2008 and have returned at least once a year ever since, mainly for the fishing but also for Teresa & Derek's wonderful hospitality - and the food! We have just returned from our 11th visit and it was as fantastic as ever. Thanks a million Clareville!
