Such a gorgeous, tucked away gem on Long Bay- more private and serene then Tourist side of Grace Bay. The accomodations are modern and huge! Full condo amenities- washer/dryer, full kitchen, full fridge with ice maker. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 'Surfrider' suite which is at the back of the resort with no other units in the building. We had a large terrace overlooking the pickle ball/sport court which is so fun at night. The views of the gardens and ocean are so beautiful. The staff onsite are so lovely and will arrange car rental, boat tours, learn kite surfing, roof top yoga, dinner reservations, etc. Its a boutique feel, very relaxing and very reasonable for Turks destination! We will be back again :)

We just got back from a great week at the H2O Resort. The resort is small, which I really liked, the pools and hot tubs were clean and very good. The beach is one of the best I've ever soon, super clean and you can walk right into the water and walk out over a mile and still stand on the soft sandy bottom. The room was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we could need to cook, and the full size fridge and freezer with ice maker was a big help. We did opt to have the house keeping come once a day and that worked out really well. The breakfast in the morning was great, although sometimes it was pretty busy, if you just have patience you will be able to get some great food. We did have a rental car, and the roads are not in very good condition, but it did work out for us so we could go the grocery store and Grace Bay and see most of the island and explore some of the other beaches as well. I highly recommend this resort for couples or families.

H2O was literally the perfect location for my 29th birthday celebration with my family! Big shoutout to Cadet and Marc. I am honestly quite forgetful, and Cadet made sure to send me reminders for the activities I had planned and made sure everything with my stay was perfection! He was great at organizing everything I needed and rescheduling activities if necessary. Cadet and Marc even made sure that my room had been set up for a birthday surprise (thanks mom and big bro) while I was out for a boat ride and it was truly the best! The location of the resort is nicely secluded and the availability of water sports on site was great! The suites are beautiful and spacious. I do wish there was a restaurant available on the premises, but ordering food for delivery and trying restaurants was easy. The grocery store was about 10 mins away. The entire trip was worth every penny and I will absolutely be back. Oh, don’t forget to get a rental car…you’ll need it to get around the island. Overall, 5 stars for sure!

just nowNEW-Write a review Delete We decided to spend our wedding anniversary here. For being charged $9,000 for 9 days, this resort wasn’t worth it. The room was beautiful but that was about it.
The resort sits on a beach, which was nice for jet skiing. They mixed up our jet ski plans and told us the waived half the costs but we were in fact charged at the end of our stay. There is no restaurants or room service . I kept getting locked out of our room and the gym on a daily basis. They kept changing the opening hours of the gym.
One early morning I was locked out of the room with no one on the property! It started raining while we were locked out. The front desk closes at 6p.m.
I called and called the front desk and a grounds keeper answered after about 4 calls. He took his time getting to us to let us in the room. It rained off and on during our stay despite being told it hardly rained and if so it lasts a few mins.
I got ate up severely by bugs in our room that I had to sleep every night with my Nike sweatsuit on; I I had to put on bug repellent immediately after getting out of the shower; I had to spray the sheets down everyday with bug spray and we bought citronella candles that burned while being in the room. I called the front desk and they sent a half empty can of bug spray. Not helpful at all.
The front desk manager Julie wasn’t very helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this resort. This was our first and last time in Turks and Caicos. Definitely wasn’t worth the money.

I must say I was highly impressed! This resort is so perfect I have no complaints. The rooms are clean and beautiful the staff was phenomenal. From Mario the bartender to my Mia she was so helpful and knew who to call or handle any of the itineraries we wanted to do. Mark was so knowledgeable of the island and places to see downright humble! My Julie mgr has a perfect smile I must say she always has a beautiful bright smile that will brighten up anyone's day also Ron the other bartender and kite trainer closed out the show humble caring and respectful he is so amazing! The staff is phenomenal! Don’t take my word for it book and see for yourself! This resort is home and I highly recommend you stay here!

It was no doubt a very pretty location, but I found the staff less than helpful. We had quite a few issues like a lack of hot water that we spent the better part of our first day handling. Which on the day before we left became an issue again. Although we understand that it of course is very warm on the island the temp in in our room never went below 75. It was looked at once, when we voiced our concern a second time we got no response and just dealt with it. I voiced my concern about our issues when we checked out and all we got was a “well look into it”.

Our time at H2O was truly remarkable. Adrienne, Mario, and Benson went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was unforgettable, treating us like we were part of their own family. The room was immaculate, and we felt genuinely at ease. This trip holds a special place in our hearts, and we are eagerly looking forward to our next visit. A truly amazing place. We rented out a 3 bedroom apt which overlooked the infinity pool and ocean. Every employee was extremely professional and friendly. The apartment was very well decorated. Although it lacks certain hotel services, like a restaurant, the scenery, privacy, elegance, and friendly service make up for way more than that. The resort does have a patio bar which serves great drinks. I highly recommend this resort.

EXCELLENT RESORT!! This is one of our favorite places to visit for a lovely, peaceful getaway from our home in Atlanta, GA US. We fly 2 hours and we are in beautiful Turks and Caicos….and H20 resort is a lovely hidden treasure. The grounds are clean. Rooms and suites are immaculate. And the staff are all so helpful, kind and professional. Marcia Sanchez is our favorite. She is sweet, professional and very helpful. She is very hardworking, cooks us breakfast by the pool everyday and also cleans our suite perfectly well. Thank you, Marcia for always making our stay at the resort so memorable and beautiful. See you all soon. We love your resort!! And so do our kids. They can’t wait to come back with us to do some Efoiling activities at your beach!

We had an outstanding experience at this resort starting with the great service provided by helpful staff like Mark Hyppolite. The ocean view suite was well appointed and extremely clean. Our step-down patio terrace led us directly to the pool, offered cool breezes, and provided the perfect setting for evening cocktails and dinner after a long day at the beach. We look forward to returning to this relaxing property.
