We met friends from Seattle, who were eager to find some sunshine. They stayed up the street and we enjoyed three nights of sybaritic pleasure in a well-appointed room, with healthful breakfasts, a private patio, and swimming in the clothing optional pool. We left feeling refreshed and invigorated. Those afternoon cookies were a delight.

We decided to go to Anza-Borrego at very short notice to see this year's desert wildflowers. We were able to get the last available room and did not know much about the Inn except that it had good reviews. The reviews are well-deserved. Reception was friendly and quick. Our room was spacious with a small walled patio with a view...

We enjoyed our visit at the Inn -- I especially appreciate the no-children policy, as my husband and I like quiet time when on vacation. That said, one downside is that with no staff on hand after 6pm, guests are left to their own devices to observe the "quiet hours at all times" policy and we were disturbed by other...

Lovely property which reflects the spirit of this desert village with in a state park! Comfortable rooms with the exception of very low flow showers ( but then this is a desert? ) rooms have alot of features and privacy with fenced patios, fireplaces mini kitchens and good linens ! We particularly enjoyed the abundant and delicious breakfast buffet on...

Thank you for your review. The shower pressure is a result of the isolated location and yes, Borrego Springs is usually known for its serenity! We hope that you will visit during a more relaxed time and enjoy all that Borrego has to offer.

We loved the Southwest style of this hotel, it fits perfectly with the desert environment. I also appreciate that it does add a "resort fee" to the bill. The chairs in front of each room are a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the courtyard and mountains. My wife said, "One of the best hotels we've...

Thank you for your review. Each room is designed for two people, making the resort ideal for single guests or couples. For those looking for a more family-friendly location, we recommend our Palm Canyon Hotel & RV Resort just down the street! We hope to host you again soon!

Excellent location. Nice ambience. This is the third time that we have stayed here in the past 10 years. The breakfast used to be a high point; now it is just O.K. The Inn ownership has changed; the present inn is very nice, but not as outstanding as it once was.

The change in ownership is visible negatively in small ways to an outstanding inn. Borrego Valley Inn is peaceful with rooms around a courtyard of desert plants with mountain views, chairs and some rockers on courtyard; private patios; nice décor; nice pools and Jacuzzis; good linens. The service has slipped…couldn’t get second room key and was not given combination until...

Yes, a tad expensive, but worth it. Quiet, clean and comfortable in the southwest adobe style: when you arrive after a day of driving like us, you will sigh with relief knowing the drive was totally worth it. If you need to escape from winter rain and cold, this is worth the splurge. Couldn't decide whether to sit out front...

Great location as you can walk to park headquarters or center of town (nice Farmer's Market on Friday). Clean, comfortable room with gas fireplace, front porch with rockers and back private patio. Lovely Santa Fe desert decor. Pleasant free hot beverages in main area and cookies in the afternoon. They did put on a pretty bad breakfast though (included). Good...

This small, quiet hotel is nicely placed near the center of Borrego Springs, but set back from the road. It is also two. United from Borrego Palm Canyon. The rooms are lovely and quiet, the heated pool is small, but very welcome. This is not a good choice for groups, or for children. The offered breakfast was ok, but only...
