We found this hotel while driving around looking for a place to stay in Burbank. The location (on a main road and near a freeway) nearly put us off but it had no effect and we had 2 very comfortable restful nights. The other reviews are correct in so far as they have no major amenities save for a coffee...

It's not inspiring. The front lobby has no furniture. The room didn't have much to recommend it, either. There's no landscaping. There are no real amenities, save the tiny, unattractive pool. Everything is grey or beige. It's very basic: they've spent no money on anything that might give the place charm or color. Hotel is right next to the freeway...

Thank you for reviewing our hotel and I would like to apologize for your experience. We've spent the last 2 years renovating the rooms and furnishing the lobby and are dissapointed the property did not reflect this. We hope you will stay again and we will continue to make improvments here at the Burbank Inn & Suites. Thank you.

Room smelled smokey. No coffee pot in room. Told front desk said they'd check. Never heard another word. No smoke alarm just bare wires. Very small pool and not clean. Bath was nice. Expensive for what u got.

Thank you for posting a review of our hotel and I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for your experience. Although its rare, sometimes guest will pull down the smoke detectors to try and smoke in the room. We then have to deep clean the room to removed as much of the smell of smoke as possible. It is...

A business associate who has stayed here for the past 10 years recommended this family run hotel. It's perfect for short business or vacation stop overs. It has recently undergone a remodel and although it looks like a typical motel from the outside, the rooms are nicely furnished to include iron, ironing board, hairdryer, small coffee maker and frig. No...

We enjoyed our stay at this place, although it is on the corner of two busy roads. This was no problem. The room was quite big, very clean and the service was nice. We were a bit confused, because there were only very few people staying at the inn, even over the weekend. Anyway, we would choose the inn again.

We stayed here after the Tangerine hotel double booked our room....so we needed a place to stay. The furnishings are great and well taken care of. The nice lady managing the hotel was great. It doesn't have a restaurant or bar but if I was in Burbank on business and needed a simple place to stay I would definitely stay...

Burbank Inn and Suites is a pleasant surprise. I came straight from Burbank Airport. The neighborhood is not great, but it is right next to I-5. The outside looks like many ordinary motels, exterior access, concrete stairs, no security. The surprise is inside. The rooms are newly refurbished, with clean carpet, nice furnishings, new bedding, granite counter tops, large flat...

This place is to pricey for what you get. Swimming pool the size of my bathroom at home. No hot tub, parking lot very hard to park a larger car as the area to turn in is very small. The clerk told us no breakfast for this price of $149. You have got to be kidding me! Only stayed here...

We were staying only 3 nights in LA and 2 out of 3 we spend in this inn. It was near the highway but we didn't hear any noise inside of the rooms. Very standard Inn if you compare with others. we liked the neighborhood. No breakfast. Away from the center hassle. Overall good impression.

We had no idea what kind of hotel we were going to get when we booked last minute but we hit the jackpot with this one. Refurbished everything by the looks (and smell) of it (carpet, furniture, and bathroom). The rooms were modern, very clean, and the front desk was pleasant and courteous. The bed was a step up from...
