Ask for a room with an ocean view and you'll fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Room 622 is especially nice, with a fireplace and cathedral ceiling. The hotel has recently been refurbished. A good breakfast is included in the price of the room. Moonstone Beach is just across the street, with a nice boardwalk...

Bed is fantastic, breakfast was great but the room was cold and I didn't think the fireplace warmed it up so much.we threw on an extra blanket, had a hot shower and then it was ok. We've stayed here before and I liked it well enough to come back

After a long day at Hearst castle we were pleasantly surprised to find out how close I was. Staff was friendly, room nice and complimentary breakfast a great perk. Had dinner at sea chest, definitely worth the wait, but bring cash as they do not take credit cards. Shopped the cute town and enjoyed our stay in cambria.

Yet another great stay!!! My only complaint.... keep those employees out of the handicapped parking spots!! Otherwise, beautiful rooms!! perfect access to the beach!! walking distance to the best seafood in town - Sea Chest!! and wonderful breakfast included!!

We stayed here for just one night, and only wished it could have been longer. On approach the place looks so quaint with its old style buildings, literally a stones throw from the beach. Reception was efficient and helpful - we were a few minutes early arriving and although the room wasn't quite ready we sat in the nice pool...

This is our second visit to Fogcatcher. We chose it for it's location and returned because of this and the comfortable beds. My only request is that the breakfast provide better, fresher and more caries fresh fruit. We love the oatmeal with toppings. Being far from town it is always nice to wake up and walk to breakfast. It would...

Our fridge wasn't working so lost some food, plug in bathroom tub was broken, typical wear and tear. Great staff, quick responses, immediate fixes. Great customer service and updates! Pool was so warm, great breakfast. Always a go to hotel for us!

Only stayed one night, but immediately wished it would have been for more. The rooms were big and updated. The property was very clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was perfect and the staff was very friendly. The ocean being right across the street wasn't a bad amenity either.

Was not what I expected, but not in a bad way. :-). I had pictured more of a "chain" hotel look and feel and the Fogcatcher has more of a cottage near the beach feel. The beach is literally across the street. There is a walking path along the beach where you can see many of the locals walking their...
