We were only there for one night but wished we would have spent the whole weekend. Plan on making this a yearly event for my birthday. Staff was friendly and helpful about town information. They are so dog friendly there was a bowl and dog bed in the room. Right across from the beach need I say more.

My husband, teenage son and I recently had a wonderful stay at the Fog Catcher Inn. You can't beat the beautiful location right on the beach. My son flew a kite at the beach, we enjoyed walking on the boardwalk, walking to a wonderful restaurant for dinner and using the hotel's pool and spa. The staff is very friendly, breakfast...

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary and explore the area. The reservations agent was kind and helpful and offered us sparkling wine on arrival. We had the inn's honeymoon room with a balcony and it was wonderful! The room was clean and cosy with a fireplace and robes. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay...

The Fogcatcher Inn is directly across from Moonstone Beach. There is a beautiful boardwalk along the ocean. Our room was clean and charming. This is not a posh beach resort, but a spacious, comfortable inn. Our room had a fire place and excellent lighting. Nice linens and bed. We slept with our window open and could hear the waves crashing...

The FogCatcher Inn is a most pleasant spot if you are in the Cambria area. My wife and I were in that area to take in the Hearst Castle. We wanted a place that was nearby. The FogCatcher Inn is only about five miles from the Castle and very close to downtown Cambria, which is loaded with several good restaurants....

This was always my favorite hotel for a quiet retreat on beautiful Moonstone Beach (quiet road, boardwalk trail, beach access.) It is a well-built hotel with high-ceilinged rooms, fireplaces and quality beds and bedding. Breakfast (a nice selection of hot and cold foods) is self-serve in a breakfast room with patio. I am sad to notice that since the hotel...

A restful, midway stop from monterey to la, pleasantly surprised with cozy rooms, fireside pool, yummy breakfast all seated 50' from ocean. FYI, room has no A/C, only gas fireplace for heat, and was a bit stuffy since no breeze w open windows. Otherwise perfectly comfortable and clean.

Thank you for taking the time to review the FogCatcher Inn. We appreciate your feedback and happy to know you enjoyed your stay!
