Stayed here for just one night. We didn't arrive until about 8pm. When we first arrived we thought we were unable to check in and couldn't find reception - note, that it's at the back of the hotel and not the front. Room lovely, clean, sort of side view of the ocean but still nice. Breakfast okay, not great, not...

Stayed here for the last night of our trip to break up our driving from LA to SF. Very nice room and very relaxing. Free breakfast was a bonus. Parking here was easy and the staff were very friendly. Would stay again.. But next time would choose one of the front rooms with the sea view.

A modern split level facility, in a nice location along the beach front. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast which was of a good variety, however the breakfast room was small, and we ended up eating ours outside.

We really enjoyed our stay, but you had better book ocean front rooms well in advance. The oceanfront upper rooms offer spectacular sunset views. The sound of the surf at night is phenomenal. Beds are comfortable and rooms are, well, roomy. You are only steps from the long and beautiful Moonstone Beach. Two great restaurants within easy walking distance. The...

What annoyed me about this was I booked through booking.com. A few weeks before we travelled I received a email from Moonstone direct asking me to modify my booking to a second floor ocean view room from a first floor room. When we checked in we were allocated a first floor ocean room. When I queried it I was informed...

I've been to Cambria many times. Moonstone Landing is very convenient to Moonstone Beach. Breakfast is included. Free wifi and parking too. Well appointed rooms. Great view of the beach at sunset. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed here again after a few years’ hiatus. We stayed in one of the premium view rooms this time and I have to say you just can’t beat that view and the joy of hearing the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep. The room is beautiful and spacious and I’m in love with the Jacuzzi tub,...

On the way from Los Angeles to San Francisco we stopped at the Moonstone Landing hotel in Cambria. This small hotel - family owned - is located directly at the coast line and offers a great view to the Pacific ocean. We stayed for one night and had a well sized room in the lower level. The room had a...

The room was ok, the breakfast was not very good, the jacuzzi was out of order due to renovation, this was not advised at time of booking, there is no pool but we knew this. Might look elsewhere before staying here again.

We were attending a wedding at the Hearst Ranch in San Simeon. I booked the Moonstone Landing without knowing a thing about it. I was very pleasantly surprised with the lovely visit we experienced there. The staff was super friendly and helpful in every way. We enjoyed the continental breakfast that offered a beautiful selection of pastries, greek yogurt, granola,...
