Originally, I booked my reservation through the hotel's website. Upon, check-in yesterday, I was tired from driving 2 hours from San Francisco and forgot to present my AAA card. Today, when I went to check-out they refused to honor it and stated that it was standard practice for the area. So now stuck paying $150 +17 in tax. I will...

The Campbell Inn is an excellent place to stay if visiting SJ. Full breakfast, walking distance to restaurants and 1 block from a mall. Great price also. A motel with a very nice pool. This motel has been around for a long time and is right near a bike and hiking path. Not plush but very nice for the money....

My stay at the Campbell Inn was a pleasant surprise. It is an older facility with a few thread-bares if you care to look for them, but it is friendly, clean, has a great location (100 yards from the Pruneyard shopping area, at right on the regional bike/hike trail), and offers a better than average complimentary breakfast. I plan to...

We have stayed at the Campbell Inn several times. It is convenient when we visit family in the area. The accommodations are dated, but quite comfortable. The location is near shops and restaurants, but also adjacent to a very noisy highway. Rooms on the first floor tend to be much more quiet. Breakfast is hearty and tasty. The cost is...

The Campbell Inn is a local institution, it’s been here forever. It is in a great location: close to many businesses and to the 17/880 on-ramps (on Hamilton), and just a few minutes walk to either The Pruneyard or downtown Campbell shopping & restaurant scenes. Running along the edge of the property is the lovely Los Gatos trail for walking,...

Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and had the essentials. Location is good if you want/need lower cost accommodation in the heart of Silicon Valley area. Free breakfast is on a par with those generally available as 'free'...but again, basic/straight forward. The pool area looks nice in the evening, probably not a bad place to sit with a glass...

My husband had rented the best room that this place had as a surprise for me on valentine's day. We arrived shortly after 7:00pm and checked in. when we pulled around to our room, the first thing we were hit with was the sound of a small dog barking and barking. My husband tells me that this place has a...

I've stayed here 3 times over the past year or so and just booked another trip for business. Location is great and from the little interaction I've had with staff - they were friendly. The pictures of the property show you what you'll get. It's far from luxury - the carpet does need to be replaced and the chairs etc...

I'm not sure what the deal is with the last several reviews. This hotel,is--yes--old. And yes the carpet really should be replaced. Some of the furniture is a bit shabby. But it is in a really great location, right next to downtown Campbell, it has a great free breakfast, and it is quite reasonably priced compared to others in the...

Honestly, places like this should have like -1 star rating. Carpet were so dirty that I had to tell them to perform a deep carpet cleaning. Linens were full of stains (including some red ones) hair all over the bathroom. What else can I say after that?. The place in general was so dirty, nasty and OLD that I don't...
