We have no complaints. We stayed here for 6 nights. The room was clean and exactly what we expected. Anyone expecting large rooms at a ski in/out hotel in Japan should read more reviews and manage their expectations better. The food was pretty good for a buffet. Generally I would not care for buffet style but this was pretty good....

Very well looked after from the start, the room was kept exceptionally tidy and was in good condition. My only gripe was the lack of adequate drying facilities in the room - the radiator wasn't up to much and it was underneath a window covered in condensation. The onsen was great and not too busy and there was a good...

Was there for 5 days for ski and relax. The hotel is well equipped with almost everything: ski school and rental shop attached, well connected to the Niseko Village gondola with cable car, English-speaking staff members all over the world that makes you really feel at home, abundant buffet-breakfast, shuttle-bus services that connect guests to the other hotels and the...

Very nice place for ski in and ski out. It is next to the Niseko Village Gondola. Right at the bottom of the slope of the NV ski slope. The hotel have their own Onset (hot spring) one indoor and one outdoor so you don't have to go out to relax and can enjoy it without the hotel. There's also...

Attentive helpful staff, from front door to reception and beyond. Cleaners are stars, so courteous, rooms are immaculate, very friendly. Good ski in ski out location Excellent warm ski storage lockers per room. Love a bit of paperwork, tickets for breakfast, chit to get give someone else to get a gondola pass - bit of a cultural thing. Breakfast was...

Thank you for your review. For convenience, instead of going out of the resort often, we recommend you to dine in the village where the resort offers a variety of different Japanese and International cuisines. You can choose from 14 different dining experiences in the village, Hilton and the Green Leaf. We have taken note on your feedback and will...

The hotel is standart size the room for the high price is not awesome, the breakfast is nothing special but this hotel have private ski area, the service is not very good, the shuttle bus schedule must add more time frequency, I pay for the bottled mineral water which must be a complimentary for 4 star hotel, the only good...

Thanks for your review on your recent stay. Due to the busy dinner period and heavy snow fall, sometimes the shuttle bus can be full or delayed. As it is a complimentary service, it is on a first come first serve basis. Please take an earlier bus or the Niseko United shuttle at the carpark in order to avoid delays...

Just stayed 4 nights with a 3 year old. I asked for a quiet room and got the room right at the end. This was a mistake on my end as it is too far from the lift lobby and having to carry a child and drag luggage through a long lobby Pros 1.new gondola connecting to Hilton made the...

One of the things I absolutely hate about being flat-footed is that it makes skiing and snowboarding hard. My family and I stayed in Niseko for two nights when the entire area was covered in snow. Rooms were comfortable and just the right temperature. The lack of Halal food didn't bother us much because there's a crab shack just a...

The rooms are small-lish and you would feel rather 'squeezed'. Hardly enough space for you to fully open the luggages. Can't believe there is only one tiny lift to serve all floors. We end up using the stairs, except when we checked in/out because of the luggages. But we are supposed to get out of the rooms and spend most...

One of the service staff is from Malaysia and helped us to communicate with the locals. Convinient for first timer as there is a skiing course right outside the hotel .
